if you haven't tried already, both you and your friend should try pressing the restore purchase button. this tells the game to try and add any missing IAPs to your account. you could also try gifting it to them again and see if the item shows up as free in the shop. DO NOT PROCESS ANOTHER PURCHASE IF IT DOESNT SAY FREE.

as for a refund, you'd have to contact the platform you made the purchase on. for example, if you used apple pay on an iphone, you'd have to contact Apple

no, restore purchase is to add any IAPs that weren't automatically given to you when you purchased them. it checks if you've made the purchase, if you've received the item, and if you've paid but haven't received the item, it tries to add the item to your account

tbh it's not uncommon for a black shard to be completed before you can get to it. did you get wax from it at all?

oh, in that case it means there was a server merge and the shard has been cleansed. try going home, waiting for around 30 seconds and going there again. you should be also to cleanse it. If not, you probably have gotten wax from it already

yeah, then you most likely joined a server where someone was already doing it, or merged with a server that had a completed shard. as long as you got the wax from it, it's relatively normal to find a black shard already done when you arrive (at least in my experience)

If the krill had already spotted you, it will stop and start scanning the area, and if it sees you let’s say you hide and let it see you continuously while it’s in the “scanning” mode, yes the timer does get filled up so it’s possible that eventually the moment it sees you it will attack you

The timer only resets when the krill keeps moving forward

yes, basically after the krill detects you and starts scanning, you have to be within its sight while it’s in scanning mode for a certain duration (of which I’ve never counted) before it charges. if it doesn’t exit scanning mode, the timer does not reset. so as a general rule just hide so the light turns blue and don’t come out until the krill resumes moving forward

Bird cave in prairie peaks, Underground Cavern and Forgotten Ark are the only ones that really fit the bill. It's definitely one of those 3. There could be some graphics changes and missremembering involved to not recognize it immediately.

It's a very complex question. There are some countries which limit internet traffic and that could be it.
It could be an error with IP ranges.
It could be the leader of the group.

What I'd do is double check if I'm from a country where the government limits internet traffic by any means. If that happens, you can try a different internet service provider. Try on a different connection (at friends house or mobile data) to sort out the potential IP range issue of the particular connection.
If your friend is from the same country or city, it can't be the distance.
Oh, are you playing on Switch by chance?

But yes that second thing happens all the time!! I don’t see myself appearing as a moth but sometimes my friends go “haha you moffed” so I know it happens for them LMAO And I do have occasional chat lag which isn’t as common as pings but is still ugh

Most likely it's your Internet issue then, because if someone gets "moffed" near others, that means their connection is lagging (happens most often on Switch, which has an infamously weak WiFi antenna). This points out that either your device has hardware issues or your Internet Service Provider has issues with some IP ranges. Try with a different device (just make sure you remove Sky completely and empty google play games data if it's a borrowed device) and call your ISP telling them your measurements vs what you're experiencing asking them for investigation regarding issues with certain IP ranges - once I had the same issue and they were surprised by my inquiry but they resolved it in a few days. I don’t think there is a way to rotate the moments camera, they are most likely using an alt to record with the moments camera

If you meant the dark mask then you'll have to relive the spirit who sells it in valley. The mask costs hearts, I'm unsure how much it is exactly so that's for you to find iut once you've relived the spirit. Some skytubers have a vid on where the spirits are in valley or you can check out the wiki if you're confused.

The Invisible mask is only achieved when you combine both the dark mask from valley + the invisible pants/dress from moomin

There are a pants and a dress called invisible pants/dress by the community, from Moomin which makes your arms and legs (and head if you wear no-mask) semi transparent
