This means you have Internet which is okay for basic browsing but Sky is very demanding, and your connection hardly can keep up with that.
Restart the router, or try on a different connection, or a call your Internet service provider.

Many players experience this bug and it has became a #known-issues . You can try the following workarounds:

• unfriending and readding each other with candle (which makes gift option appear for a very short time)
• you can try this pass gifting workaround by Hwa: #questions-and-help message (no unfriending needed)

Note that these above don't work for everyone 💯 but it helped a lot of players!

I wasn’t playing sky when the season of aurora was a thing, but I heard that those who have a pair of wings from that season can attend the concert again.

Do you think it is hypothetically possible to have a crab attend the aurora concert, and if so, is it possible if the crab (me) does not have any wings to allow them (me) into the concert

Has anyone been able to find the crab with the gift on its head that has the krill repellent spell and other free spells? Each time I reload the cackling crab area, if I do see the crab with the gift on its head, it vanishes when I try to click the gate door or before I can click the crab. I'm wondering if it is appearing somewhere else in the area? I've teleported back and forth to reload the area at least 5 times so far

Many players experience this bug and it has became a #known-issues . You can try the following workarounds:

• unfriending and readding each other with candle (which makes gift option appear for a very short time)
• you can try this pass gifting workaround by Hwa: #questions-and-help message (no unfriending needed)

Note that these above don't work for everyone 💯 but it helped a lot of players!

You have to watch all the cutscenes one more time through, since the devs added a new flag system to record which cutscenes you’ve watched already. After that they’ll autoskip from then on

To skip a cutsecene you already have to have seen it.
Each platform has a different button to skip.
Sometimes skipping cutscenes can be buggy if they get delayed (liek sometimes in prairie villages). But this shouldn't be happening everywhere consistently if it is i'd recommend a #report-a-live-bug

load up the canon on the hill (where you first spawn in) and when the diamond is flashing light it if you hit the monster then it'll drop green wax in the area.
You can get 5 tickets worth of wax and a notification will pop up when you've maxed out

They’ve probably resized! There are potions you can buy/earn that permanently change your height. The catch is that your new size is random.

They look like this in your spell menu!

you can get a height alteration spell (the one above) and that permanently resizes you! Though it is a gamble!! So you might not get the height you're after the first few many times or you might get lucky!
They can be purchased from the ark shop or the boat at aviary/home.
The other two are spells that will only last 20 mins

Hi. I have a very strange problem and i've been having this problem since July-August. My internet speed is around 200Mbps. But whenever i start playing sky, i get weird ping spikes (around 5000) , i get disconnected from my internet for at least 20 seconds (I use ethernet, not wifi) and it takes a while for me to reconnect. At first i thought it was a problem caused by my internet. But talking and troubleshooting with my internet provider, we found nothing wrong with my internet. I can also use my internet allright with other devices while having this weird ping spikes on my pc while on sky. I researched hoping to find a solution but i couldn't find anything. Why is this happening? Or what could be the issue and how can i solve it??

there's a max limit to how many slots are available in the constellation. if you have more than that, your constellation will cycle through it and some may not be shown sometimes, at least from what i heard

I'd say yes, unfortunately. TGC is probably still dealing with tickets about purchases going faulty at the beginning of the season (because people still buy stuff even when the servers are unstable), issues with IAP gifting, and likely about Mischief tickets "maxing" at 4 instead of the intended 5, and whatever else.

Last time I contacted, it took me 5-6 days for a response and it was a slower period of tickets (Shattering visit)
