If you have "skip all skippable cutscenes" turned on in the graphics settings, it will automatically skip the cutscene where they tell you the theme if you have viewed it once before. Go back home, turn off that setting, and return to the Style Guide at the runway to view it

Then you may have been victim to an unfortunate bug that’s plaguing a lot of players where they just aren’t able to get that last candle. Try restarting your game and going back to the area to see if it appears, but if it doesn’t then there may be nothing you can do except report it. I’m so sorry

Also compiled a small list abt the runway and how stuff works so we have all of it in the same spot

• Every location has a different theme, the location switches every day (as opposed to every 2 days last year)
• Talking to the Style Guide reveals the theme (after having viewd a theme for the first time, turn off the "skip all cutscenes" option in settings to be able to view more)
• Items are randomly pulled from a theme-specific pool of items (e.g. trailblazer chic has a lot of items from season of moments)
• Items are different for everyone, except the pendant which is always the same and location specific
• Ticket System: 4 From the afk wax spot, 1 from viewing a shared memory (view until the very end)
• Moving too far away from the event area causes the outfit to stop being worn

It depends on each bug, how many players reports do they have, how detailed the reports are, how wide range of chipsets are affected, how easy is it to find the cause, how hard is it to find a solution. maybe they weren't cheating, but watching a cheater's shared memory.

i believe this is not really bannable as you are not the one cheating,
but the safest option still is to not watch those.

• it distorts the candle collection system and shifting expectations regarding collecting candles, making user believe that's the normal way, which can lead to less player engagement (always go the clean way - speaking from almost 4 years of experience and close to 5k candles)
• it can make inexperienced players panic (many believe if they accidentally click hacked memories they get banned automatically), and they worry a lot afterwards

This shared memory feature is exploitable and can potentially lead to TGC nerfing it (making other uses for it also nerfed like getting past player doors).

If the grind is an issue. it is better to let TGC know about it and help find better solutions.

Late, but I looked through daily guides a bit… It seems that the treasure realm changes several times per year, it did on 1st of July both 2023 and 2024, and 1st October 2023 too… Also on 12th July 23 for some reason. But it seems very likely it would’ve changed today too, so the bug is probably related to that then

I tried on three different browsers, and it only worked on chrome. Might be that only chrome (out of the three) supports the js command being used to push to clipboard.
