They offer a manta floatie and swim trunks for tickets.

You can get colored version of the base cape from regular spirits in the constellation. Special looking capes are typically from events, e.g. the towel capes from days of sunlight. You can get them during the event, or from a traveling spirit!

You could also have bad luck and get smaller permanently

But as long as you purchase more potions, you can use one again once the cooldown finish

The only spell that changes your size permanently is the resize potion. But it will resize you randomly. So it might take a few tries to get your desired height. You can usually get some by buying seasonal items, or on the weekend in the spell stores, e.g. the one in old home.

Sky dev Ktjn also told that the fanmade measurements are pretty inaccurate, however they can give you a guess. There's no official way given to measure height.

So in wasteland my son and I were going by a wall where the line of sight was completely obstructed by the krill and despite their not being any holes we were positioned in a way where there was no way the crew could have seen us but it still could see through the wall and my son was attacked in the last wing light it shocked us both

Sometimes krill do a little loop motion to get back on the right path timing and they'll stick their head through a wall and see you.
