It is one of the many images that are being spread by groups everywhere, discord, Facebook, WhatsApp. It's something that worries us a lot, we don't know what to do.

You should be able to get to all the passage quests without the treehouse, the treehouse is only for shortcuts. Keep progressing through forest normally and you’ll get there

The camera icon would appear for viewers that allow them to see the same camera view which includes the teleporting to candles. This got flagged as indirectly using hacks.

Using the first-person mode of the camera in shared memories for fun is intended, it's been like that since SoM, and yeah, as I previously mentioned, you can use the ones that work the way they are intended to. Teleporting and everything mentioned in Tib's message, is not the intended way and therefore counts as using exploits (indirectly, but still).
However, as you can not know which is which without actually clicking on the camera icon, the best you can do is either avoid them for now or exit the first mode view and report immediately if you happen to click the camera icon so that it's registered you didn't mean to use the memory to exploit economy or in any other way that puts you in an unfair advantage situation.
As Kat mentioned, all bans are reviewed manually, so as long you're not doing anything wrong, you shouldn't have trouble with bans or recovering your account in case you get wrongly banned, which you could appeal to support if it happens. Stay safe, mate.

While being smallest has its unavoidable drawbacks, you can only just estimate because there are more than 4000 height units in Sky which cannot be seen on a 720p screenshot. Sky dev Ktjn also told that the fanmade measurements are pretty inaccurate, however they can give you a guess. There's no official way given to measure height.

I assume making one. I dunno, I assume hackers use some script that makes them teleport to candles. I don't think people who watch the memories should get banned because they're not really the ones that's going out of the way to break the game, they're just trying to make it more convenient for themselves for candle running or warps. That's my thoughts.

I've contacted TGC staff regarding the issue. I was told you shouldn't get any sanctions for getting involuntarily teleported by them. Some users mentioned they used them and got 2 weeks suspension during the latest ban wave, but we can't confirm they didn't do anything else wrong or they were habitually using them for candle runs. TGC is investigating the issue.

bans arent done by the same people which fix the bugs. fixing bugs takes some time especially if it’s a tricky one which those two are seemingly. most we can do is be patient with tgc while living with them luckily your friend can just avoid the area for the time being and about grandma: the eel in treasure reef gives 500 wax (half of grandma) the light trail from turtle is grandma and you can also burn some balls from the bonfire in valley maybe gw too (others don’t work afaik). if grandma is a main part of your route consider taking a small break from cr and doing other fun stuff in sky such as meeting new friends, exploring areas and so on!

the bug was definitely worse than grandma. people abused the bug and got over 200 candles oftentimes which is more than unfair to other people since you would have to pay for them or take a long time collecting them (tgc removed those candles from the people but still..). they had to fix it as fast as possible so people wouldnt get too much of an unfair advantage bc of it while for grandma: no one can get smth for it, you cant gain candles from grandma being bugged other than how it was with the seasonal candles bug. thats smth big to have in mind imo

Therefore even if a bug can be fixed in a day, it needs to be identified, enough bug report received, checking the fix in test environment, compiling the update package, too.

I switch between platforms without losing candles. It's definitely a problem if you are. Contacting them doesn't hurt, and might help them catch a problem, or at least get you your hard earned candles back.

Updates can take a long time because of Nintendo's strict update policy, it's not worth pushing out updates/fixes that can break crossplay unless it's a major issue. (Updates typically have to go through a long 5 week review period, so a lot of bug fixes are just piled up and pushed out all at once)

Whatever bug is affecting granny is also happening with other wax sources and props, so it's probably something with the physics. An update to fix that would most likely leave Switch behind thus breaking crossplay
