Idk if it counts as duet but my friend and i just take turns in playing the song. We take different instruments and then one does the start to some point and then the other takes over and so on. Its less complicated i guess.

I would say that still counts as a duet because two people are playing one song. True, it's less complicated, however, not every instrument will be able to play melody of songs except for maybe harp, regular piano, winter piano, flute, pan pipes, xylophone, guitar, or ocarina.

In my opinion, I feel that duets could also involve support instruments as to broaden the scope of playing duets with other sky kids (which means more fun, connections with others, and the possibility of bands). I'm not sure how to implement horn or trumpet yet at the moment though.

Yup, tbh there’s always a slight lag in any game with in-game instruments. I find that sky instruments don’t have as much lag as other online games tho haha

It’s something you have to get used to. So like, hearing the tune in your head before you play it is really helpful, since if you have lag you’ll still know what to play next because it was already in your head. If that makes sense ^^

A full band ensemble performing live at new sesson stage would be thing I'd like to watch tho.

Think both drums, season and regular sound same, so that is that. The bass drumm for bass backround, think there isn't much alternative. And guitare/piano/flute etc for lead/solo. Thats for basic/start approch and then wild experimentatuon ^^

I do actually know how that feels lol. When I started Sky I had the Samsung Galaxy A20 which threw the "This device does not meet the minimum specifications to provide a smooth experience." And often had worse FPS than 20 lol. But after a few months I was given an old S7 from my grandma and it ran Sky so much smoother but not at 60 tho.. It got really hot but I knew how to combat that with a smol desk fan. Since then I've gotten a job and was able to get the S20 FE 5G and it was very capable of Sky at 60.. and now I've upgraded to the S22 ultra with a deal that allowed me to knock $800 off the price for sending in the old S7.

Try this. After the first time doing that dissonance chord, maybe move the lowest note to the second row all the way to the right, and keep the rest in the chord the same.

Hi Hi! I was told to ask here. I can't read sheet music. I mean I can figure out translating songs to video game instruments.
So am I 1. Legally allowed to ask if any of you can read sheet music and 2. Can any of you translate the cryptic language so I can use on of those Sky music apps to figure out which notes to play?

I know how to read music! I’d be down to do that after I finish a request from someone else here ^^

How did you wanna do it? I can give you the notes in letter form (cdefgaeb etc) if you know how the instrument system in sky translates to the notes and stuff (ie C is the first button).

Just depends on how you wanna do it. Also keep in mind that you’d have to pick out what part you’d wanna play in the piece if its multiple instruments, bc you can only play one by yourself (unless you’re insanity mode and you can play two parts simultaneously lmao)

Also, sky instruments dont have sharps or flats, so it’ll sound different if your piece is in a minor key or has an accidental (sharp/flat)
