So I was honking around a random person and they pulled out their piano and started playing Für Elise

When I wanted to upload my performance of a famous song, I got a Copyright claim on Youtube. It says that I am ineligible for monetization, but I still can set the video to be public - I currently set it as private as I don't want to have problems. What is a best course of action? These three things come to my mind:

1. ignore the claim - I don't want to monetize the video
2. click Dispute - I don't think it will work, I don't have rights for the song
3. contact original authors and hope that they will notice my message and respond positively by giving me rights.

I think that option 3 would be the best, but I am not sure whether it is necessary and if I will be successful with it. So what do you do in such situation?
