There’s a guide on the Sky Wiki! Generally the area’s key follows the background music (like how anywhere that plays Waltzing in the Rain is generally in Eb major)

No problem! And if you ever need to go back to C major, almost all in-game music sheets will put your instrument back in C (I think the only exception is sheet 8, which is Eb major because it’s Waltzing in the Rain)
