It depends upon the keyboard. There is a limit to how many you can press simultaneously. 2-3 max. Get a NR or snth (forgot the actual name) keyboard that allows to press multiple keys together and higher limit of 6 maybe.

yeah keyboard, its a mechanical limitation of my laptops keyboard cause of how its wired, certain keys override others, ive been making it work mostly by just removing or adjusting notes so i can still play it, doesnt sound as accurate but im playing on harp anyway for now so it wont sound exactly the same as it would on piano regardless, maybe eventually ill have a desktop and a fancier keyboard but for now i cant get around it other then i guess playing on my phone(kills the battery and overheats and i just dont like it) or doing what im doing and adjusting songs to work within the limitations

Are you referring to the musical notes on a piano or keys on a computer keyboard? Either way, yes, certain intervals sound dissonant/harsh (though it's subjective). In particular the minor 2 (ex. from C to C#/Db or E to F) and tritone (ex. from C to F#/Gb) would sound rough to many ears when played in isolation. But, it's all contextual, and when used appropriately they can sound great.

I've come to personally call them 'disaster chords', there's probably a real technical name to them but yea

they sound good with little use in some songs depending on the mood you're trying for,
to help play a dramatic part of a song

This is server delay, no guarantees to fix this,

you might have to play songs a little slower to avoid the sticky sounds, or try playing on a computer through a wired connection,
(or both move closer to the AWS sky servers for the least ping 🫨)

You can use a share memory shrine or spell to record your performance perfectly and post that but only for a minute at a time,

The public performance piano in the duets hall also seems to have less latency issues and it's around a minute and a half per use, but has a wait time depending how many others are there

It depends on the age of the songs, and you may not always find a .midi available for some.

pre 2010s songs are easier to find than modern songs, but not always, there is plenty of old websites still hosting midis

Piano tutorial vids sometimes have links or searching google works well,
The website 'online sequencer' is user submitted, but I'm not sure if there is a search function

Otherwise there is paid websites like 'supreme midi' for pro quality .midis, but I've never used it

All instruments can register multiple key combinations. It's ultimately just device limitations and keyboard hardware issue. Instruments perform the best on touch screen interface (because sky was built for IOS initially)

YES! the server(s) were unavailable, then I was able to complete the second and third quests. Getting back into the cave was a bit of a wait. Then I realized the spirit is also named Aurora which tells me there is a connection to the devs. The lyrics strike a note and the vocal dry or solemn tones just grabbed my brain at 1am, lol. I was sitting with some skykids to collect some wax and this person was playing sheet music, I decided to join in (hoping it wasn’t going to be a problem) and it turned out great! Another person joined in with us so we were all playing different parts in a song 🥰 we played lots more, that I didn’t work record because this video is already long 😂 my favorite that we played was the music from Forest Brook! (Not recorded sadly).

In conclusion, I personally feel like we should do this more often, it connects us and brings the music to life! Whoever these two were, I hope you’re in this server and see this. I loved playing with you two! 🩷💫✨

Part of the reason I think the music system is limited is because it was originally developed for small screens so they can only fit so many notes on screen in a reasonable manner in order to keep it engaging. On PC it is less of a problem as you can just map more keys to notes, but that would mess with parity between platforms

Seeing as most piano player apps for phone tend to be either limited in notes, really clunky and awkward to use, or both

There are programs that can remap ur midi instrument to keyboard keys, but unfortunately this could potentially lead to action on ur account (it could be considered third party modding, which imo is ridiculous)

Doesn't look like it, but you can record audio on autoplaying sheets using the button on the top-right. This converts the sheet into a .wav, but you can use an external site/software to further convert the .wav into a .mp3
