We can’t expect TGC to have the beta build pass internal testing so fast they rush to get the build out. If that happened there would be MANY, and I mean MANY bugs that would have to be patched over several builds. First internal testing has to pass. Then you can test a beta build, ONCE and ONLY ONCE it passes internal testing. And whatever updates you get you are to give constructive feedback. Not destructive feedback. We want to build UP not down. Goodnight.

Guy relax ! They used to release beta update in specific time ( Hours). If they didn't release in those specific hours of the day , it likely not coming out in that day. So check what time beta update come out usually in your country time and if u don't see that u don't need to look over and over again . Jus wait !

Beta is buggy, crashes and things not working like live is entirely normal.
TGC Devs are everyday humans like me and you, don't be expecting them to be awake at 3am like we maybe, they need sleep to recouperate after long days filled with meetings and internal testings to ensure updates are safe to play. Be patient and understanding about delays and issues. Be respectful and take care of yourselves like the staff do, make sure to sleep and look after yourselves so that you're mentally well. Don't be staying up sleepless nights just over an update. Remember this is a game and that you should remember to take a break from it every now and then

If you become ill, that is down to you being careless about yourselves. You can't blame TGC over not releasing an update due to additional testing and IRL stuff because you're ill. Don't be children, be mature here and accept that this sorta thing could happen at anytime, things maybe delayed for many reasons, accept things and respect how staff have done them. Patience is key, we will see the new season soon guys

we do most of the bug hunting but they also try and fix some things before they give the beta version to us, not all bugs can and will make it to beta

Why arent the drum and trumpet iaps available in the music shop in live version? I read that the music shop lineup with drum and trumpet didnt accomplish what tgc intended to test, so a new lineup with harp and handpan and guitar was tested? Does this mean the iaps on drum and trumpet permanently removed and wont come to live? But i can see them on the wall behind the front counter although i cant interact with them. Oh yeah... Just for some context of what I said about Prophecy...

When it was first released to beta, there was a crash bug that literally made it unplayable for players. Known as the "Intro bug", where the Season Intro would play when entering the game and right when it ends, the game would crash.

TGC is probably trying to avoid that same scenario again, if possible. (Tho sometimes sending a build to public beta or to live can suddenly create new bugs for the build that weren't there prior, which is probably why that Prophecy one occurred)

With this season as my partner is a lore enthusiast crab queen and me being a chaotic Adventuror who will not hesitate to drop you on a krill
I'm mainly gunna be screensharing everything beta related (whenever we're in call - which is often) and take a bunch of screenshots of stuff and be shouted at to spam screenshot anything that could be used for lore purposes/develop theories. Today's advice for beta testers: I often see frustration and conflict voiced in this channel regarding bugs getting past beta, or cosmetics or designs being released in spite of a perceived popular opinion.
Bugs: all bug reports are important, but software dev is tricky no matter the size of the team or product and bugs are never as easy to fix as they are to identify. Bugs are often prioritized, and can sometimes be pushed to later releases if team capacity doesn't permit, or if a seemingly simple problem has deeper roots, as is often the case.
Popular Opinion: Our feedback is valuable but is a pat of a much larger puzzle. Devs act on much more information than players here provide, and even very good ideas and suggestions sometimes can't be integrated quickly or at all.

Fixes need to be done to whatever caused the build to fail internal testing, build needs to be done, QA needs to run through their tests, approval (or denial or repeat of this process) is needed. When the build passes internal testing, then it can be released. Even that can take some time to propagate to players. Patience is all anyone can advise

I haven't slept a second ever since they posted the blog post and the announcement. My eyelids feel so heavy that I am having difficulties lifting my face off the surface.
