Try waste your seasonal candles bug to all spirits season but don't look to closet before you buy everything
After you buy all, your closet will full of red dots
take a look at the mask and cape and maybe you will get dismiss set and other IAPs

Us having the boat isn’t normal it is a bug because this boat is supposed to be a day of love IAP cosmetic, day of love that ISNT in beta yet. Without this bug we wouldn’t’ve been able to even see it, use it or know what it was looking like.

So yes, putting in as an ultimate reward isn’t it for season of abyss isnt a good idea, since this boat cosmetic have been announced to be a day of love cosmetic already

From what I figured out, you have to trigger the candle bug that occurred last patch, this can generally happen if you collect the seasonal quest heart from I'm assuming just this seasons QG. If your game doesn't crash you can go home and collect the items, the ones I've seen are:
Dismiss cape + mask
Asterioid jacket
Witch pants
And the boat for next event?

Ignis and I talked about an underwater season in depth in sky discussion a year ago. We even drew stuff for it. We roped the entire discussion into our idea, so that ktjn intervened and said it’s not gonna happen because it’s impossible to do underwater swimming mechanics. She said all the underwater places are illusions, they’re basically the same as the regular air environments. I really wanna find that convo again and ping ktjn but I’ll be murdered for pinging her

Seeing that it only rewards a trail spell, and does not have (yet) a memory that shows us something special, I personally think for now it’s okay. It comes as optional.

Placement of it is a bit risky though. It would leave major of people wanting to complete and disappointed when they figure out it has a meaning to gift friends (it feels like force-buying to some people). If they wanted it to be like this, imho, they need to announce what the DoF quest is and what is the reward for it in patch notes.

it usually takes as long as TGC needs testers which is very rare nowadays but, in order to keep up to date with it, i suggest you read through #beta-faq and grab the roles for invite pings when they come
I understand it can be upsetting to not get in but it's first come first serve so just expect a L O N G wait time for another invite wave to roll out, eventually they'll drop more, you just have to be patient

Yes, some folks have a ridiculous number of candles, but others gained only a few dozen. Well 20 is the minimum to safely reach the end, but to get permanent wing buffs you need to unlock the from spirits using ascended candles, and these are earned from lighting up the statues at the end. if you want all the statues (about 15 ascended candles), a good 100 is best, although you mihgt be able to get by with much less if youre very careful.

Don’t get too used to what you’re seeing in beta right now, especially given the nature of the seasonal map we’re testing. During Prophecy, the trials got changed and iterated on very rapidly, so a lot of things don’t stay the same for very long for areas with a lot of unique gameplay mechanics

Said gratitude cosmetics that you got were in an IAP pack at some point, and the bug seems to be giving out random IAP items, so that's why it was those in particular

So after completing the seasonal spirits in one day, my only major takeaway is that the breathing system sucks. There's not enough air pockets/fish to explore the way you'd want to. I really hope at the very least they either add more locations to get air or upgrade the ultimate mask so that it lets you breathe forever. Seems like a cheap gimmick than a proper final reward rn.

@visual tapir you should definitely get classic, its half as much. you get less stuff but i litearlly only use it for emojis anyways so it doesnt matter
if you drop a fat 50 youve got a whole year. WORTH
