They are making money by borrowing the name of “Little Prince”. I don't think the intention is bad. However, problems arise when this is connected to the season. Because it's literally "Little Prince Season". Basically, when the user has experienced the direction of the season so far, of course, the Little Prince's cloak and clothes would have been thought to be in the final reward. But the boy's hair and roses? As I see it should change the season name. Tgc: “The Little Prince's Rose Season”: Play with roses~.

Okay, I’m gonna try not to be harsh and give criticism:

1. Area design
   First, let’s talk about the season area: it’s really beautiful, it looks like something very well done and overall I would want no more in more seasonal area designs.
2. Cosmetics
   Let’s talk about cosmetics now: This is probably not that much an issue, all of the cosmetics look bland and the same style, I’m gonna say it’s honestly a lot worse than assembly, the hairstyles are designed really weird. And also I wish that, for example: the police hat and the crown could be hair accessories like the earmuffs, party hat, flower ect, it’s just annoying when you can’t fit those items on hair.
3. Prices
   Now, prices: this is the BIGGEST issue, TGC needs to stop finding new ways to hog money, it’s enough that in total, all events in June are gonna cost $115. That’s a TON of money for a mobile game, and it’s honestly so infuriating, at this point I actually might leave Sky, I love Sky and want it to go forward and improve but this is NOT how to do it, can you just fix bugs instead of making new ways to leech?

I’d say the spirit cosmetics are okay tbh. Yes, they’re black and grey and blue but I think that’s the point: the book is all about how adulthood tends to narrow people down and makes them kinda dull. It’s fitting that the outfits they wear match this theme alongside the dark plants and The Elders. I’m kinda surprised how few of the people here got it- I also kinda wanted more dark cape options because I am a sucker for goth aesthetic so I am on board with the dark designs

However, I completely agree with the IAP stuff. The whole schtick is ruined because all the childlike colors that makes Sky Kids and The Little Prince stand out in contrast are locked behind a $60 paywall. What’s the point of parodying adulthood like that and wishing for childhood when everything about The Little Prince isn’t included in the AP?

Smite (a 3d moba game on pc and consoles and switch) had 4 collabs battle passes with giants like Rwby from rooster teeth, avatar from nickelodeon, teenage mutant ninja turtles from nickelodeon and currently we have a battle pass with monsercat and each giving a skin or 2 for 4 different characters and music themes, avatar icon, recall, loading frame for just 750 gems (which you can get 50 gems weekly with daily login and from playing the battlepass itself ) i cant remember the cost of gems with money but 8000 gems costs 80 dollars which can buy ALOT of skins.

I know that a lot of people don’t have 60$ dollars to spare and a lot of the player base are minors!
Also a lot of people in other countries don’t have accesible prices because of the difference in monetary currency

I myself working in a mobile game company. In most of our IP crossover case. IP are limited time only, and profits need to share to the IP holder.

In SKY Little Prince season, I guess TGC only buy 3 character IP(the Little prince, rose and fox). Because I found that only Little Prince related customs, hair, rose and fox are actually time limited.

The other characters like king, light tower worker spirit are not in the contract I guess. They are referenceing the story but created by TGC employees and owned by TGC. In result, they can stay in the game even the contract end, and return as traveling spirit.

If the price are included in the agreement, I don't think TGC can change the price one-sided. I'm not saying who is right or wrong, just provide some information.

The thing that bonded us to this game was how unique this game is and how i get a chance to express myself same as others. The ultimates and iaps in past didn't bother me because there were already so many good cosmetics. I started feeling the divide in assembly when all my fav cosmetics were iap and the days of rainbow didn't helped either pride has a big meaning for me and seeing the price of the cosmetics felt like i have to grind myself to death just to express something that was supposed to be about equality, it felt like now the good igc items want me to regret that i can't spend money on a game. It won't be hard for me to ignore cosmetics this season too but that divide will just be larger.

Difference is that this is the first time seasonal items are iaps. This is not an event, iaps are expected in those, this is a season and it doesn't make sense to have to pay 5x the ap price just to access the best seasonal cosmetics

I reeeeeally don't get this season at all. The cosmetics don't match with much and the only thing I wouldn't want to lose this season for is the new area. I love the concept, but seriously the iaps are waaaaayy to expensive. Shouldn't they be part of the season? The only cape we have is some scarf thing that only matches with a few specific items. The ultimate gifts are.. uh.... bad weird. I understand tgc needs to have iaps, but really? There are a ton of new events coming up, and I'm sure they priced it way above neccasary.
I also feel like a LOT of people in this server are overly devoted to tgc. Some of you act like there is nothing wrong and "guys! Tgc works so hard for us." We all get that and respect that. But if you are going to run a game, you need to listen to the players and not smother everyone's thoughts with mods telling you you can't have an opinion if it's bad, then I really don't get it. Feel free to change my mind.

The prince's hair are apparently in the base season stash as an ultimate, while the same prince's outfit and scarf are iaps and excluded from the base stash. (Why not have all of his stuff as ultimate)
A Cosmetic inspired by his friend , the rose is an ultimate, while, another Cosmetic inspired by another one of his friends, the fox is an iap (why not have both as extra iap because they're his friends)
Why not shift the focus as in the ultimates to the prince
