It's very early days and a lot of things may change. I do hope they take into account that doing the spirit quests is draining winglight from players, which is not so good.

I think their hope was that people would do this season with friends, so you are less likely to lose WL if you are with friends and holding hands, everyone should look out for players around them and remember to deep call, help eachother. thats like the entire basis of the season

if an entire redesign is what youre thinking of then yeah it doesnt happen like that, they already 3d modelled it and rigged the objects so their design intent wouldnt change, but tweaks to make it better certainly has a chance to (see butterfly cape, enchantment ult etc)

They never did any major design change. So I won't count on that. Maybe a little bit of color here and there. But then again, they never change that Earth Prophet purple/pink cape even though may suggested different colors

We will see. I both agree and disagree with those hearts costing candles and previous qg ones too. Their reason to sell those hearts for 3 candles off season is valid enough looking at their effect on the sky economy. However i would prefer a timer on those seasonal quests rather than paying for them. Eg. You can relieve the next quest on the next week etc. Personal taste.
Btw let me know pls if you still plan to do some boring old cr today in case yo7 need some dragging later.

That is not a feeling experience-oriented, that is more a comment on how things look. Please read/re-read #beta-announcements. It’s clearly explained there that the design might not be finalized and when we test we need to focus more on how we feel, not how things look thank you

I thought the quests appearing on the screen was intentional. it happens when I tap menu buttons or other actions that normally pull up the UI. My thought was that it was a new feature to see what quests you had without having to collect your candles and then tap the corner nice for those who wait until the end of CR to collect their candles

there's one spirit where they do that, but it's right next to the crabs, so you get crabbed, lose light from that, and the hit knocks you out of the overhang and into the river so you start dying anyways (it also kicks you out of view of the cutscene)

It’s just like the other channels. You type and you send. Only difference is that your message gets deleted once it’s sent (but it will reach the devs alright). It’s like this to allow people to express their constructive opinions freely without being judged.

there's a few styles I saw as pretty neutral / masculine leaning this season. the problem with "masculine" as society perceives it is that because it's typically short, there isn't a lot of options for what to do with it. long hair can do a lot more things men do have long hair in real life too but I think people still make snap judgements on the game assets regardless

You bought a cosmetic that’s not in beta yet and there’s probably no sign of it anywhere on your account other than the node already being unlocked. They will add the current null items, but the node will still be unlocked on your end so there will be no way for you to obtain the missing cosmetic because you already unlocked the corresponding node, and it has no use to the developers to manually award each and every player that didn’t get that cosmetic that cosmetic

Here's what I'll send in the beta feedback for the quests. ||The quest was nice, but personally, it felt a little bit boring. The concept is new, but is made of most of the things we've done in the past, I didn't really enjoy burning the darkness and roaming around. Imo, it needed a "fun" factor. The cutscenes were however pretty nice, wholesome, and i liked the interaction with the questgiver. But overall, i think it can be improved||

I know what ur saying. It seemed like a leafy cape instead of a recoloured lightseekers cape. The only two capes we r getting for this season are downgrading from what we got from Dream.

I like the cape, but it is way different from what i expected, i expected a simple, cute , leafy or flower Cape with layers. I think that's what everyone was expecting , it was obvious from the teaser

I’m kind of happy with how they’ve changed from the teaser photos! The yellow cape for instance was so squat and square it’s interesting to see it be in the scout colours! I’m happy that they just didn’t immediately give it away, same with the props. Seeing the props in person was really exciting! I love the green cape so much but yes, still waiting on a leaf cape

So my guess is that is to make bubbles or maybe to jump through and play for which we'll have the suitable options. The fire staff looks like its for lighting and recharging purposes. The wardrobe might allow us to carry multiple Cosmetics. The lamp can be a ceiling lamp that lights up an area (someone else suggested this idea here) and i saw a hammok on a spirits back so maybe that's just for lying, and then there was a tent thing, which can be a chat tool? Or a rain protection device since it's tent? Or both?

Snow if you mean the first treehouse the additional plants are part of the first quest, you meditate and then collect pieces by burning the plants
(You don't get wax and only seem to be able to burn them once you activate the quest)

Shann there's the main entrance (spirit gate) and then additional entrances you can find at the side when you're in the underground area, so the additional door you open up from the first quest you can go through to get to that area and so on so you don't have to go all the way back to the beginning of Forest if that makes sense

For me the one I had trouble finding was the second spirit in the brook area just because I thought they would be near each other My friend asked to split up to find it and found them in like two seconds

Ok so what bothers me

The start
It's entrance is right before the entrance to the forest. I believe its done for easy and fast acces but here me out.

When we enter the portal, we haven't activated/entered the rainy parts yet, but in the main area its raining.
Secondly there's already an entrance just a bit further.

All entrances are tunnels leading down and I felt like the main area would have a bit of underground parts where the tunnels meet and from there we can go up to the main three.

I sure hope if there is a seasonal area its partially understood and is veeeeeery big. I mean it's entrances are scattered across the whole realm. And all the entrances leading to it are tunnels going down.
It's either connected with the underground caverns

For the rain part I take it just as another forest not necessarily interconnected to the climate of main forest, like how sunny Forest’s entrance is lodged in rainy area but it doesn’t rain there

This season came so early that the build number is 0.12.2 and not 0.13.0

i carry my bonfire everywhere. but it doesn't help if there aren't coverings, since the rain puts out the fire
