Since you're using testflight the beta app should be linked with your testlfight app, but to make sure things go smoothly link your beta account with your game center/etc account!

The best thing to do, unfortunately, is wait for the next update. Submit a bug report with anything you can remember doing before your crash - that'll help the devs to find the cause and fix it!

Also, the fluffy light blue cape (I call it the snowflake/snowball cape) is currently unavailable in beta. Please report anyone you see wearing it; it was gained illegitimately.

And Solarain, honestly, the crash could've been Eden but who knows? If you got through Eden fine, the bug could be anywhere.
If you can think of what you were doing last on Sky and add that to a report of your crashing, that might help the devs pinpoint the issue

Very late response to the crashing conversation - fixing my graphics bugs often makes me crash because the game is like 'what do you MEAN you want this giant flickering pixelated mess to instantly go away??' I've also been randomly crashing in Forest for some reason.
So I don't think much of crashes, but I guess a random crash locking you out of the game is pretty bad.

You can't get the cape yet to my knowledge. However, Some people have glitched and got extra candles (I started off the season with 50 bc I was able to buy a season pass when there was no season from a TS) and could get the mask. Cape should be currently unavailable though.

Usually in a build as early as this it's a little more lenient, I know the blue roof of prophecy was a lot easier to get to in beta than it is now, the village is vast, so you can expect some restrictions out of safety to protect from the unknown void of the sky, but the devs also know we love our oobs

I understand your concern with the event but also it's important to keep in mind that the main mission for us beta testers is to find bugs and report them, and giving opinions while we're at it. Cosmetics are nice but don't get too bummed out if you miss out on them. We don't know when there'll be another progress wipe or when we'll get a chance to join beta again in the future. I would recomment saving up in live starting asap if you really want that table!

If you want to collect items, focus on live. Our progress could be wiped at any time in beta. Its ok to feel upset about missing things in beta, but in live, you won't have to worry about losing your items!

Nothing stops anyone from making up their own games or games when you farm ...it’s what’s so good about sky .. you can actually do what you want .. I know it’s not a open world but it’s not auto play or you must do this ... it’s as flexible as you make it
