If you notice its pretty easy to avoid krill as long as you dont walk into the light, I spent an entire graveyard run once right on the edge of the krill's light for most of it

It works in eden. The home glitch has 2 parts: 1. You don't lose winged light, 2. You don't lose cape energy

Part 1 works in eden, but you do lose all you cape power

most of the people who currently have it on beta took advantage of the infinite season pass bug. there was a few hours where those candles converted to normal ones before they took them all away that people were friending and giving hearts to literally everyone they saw hoping for one in return.

They convinced me that the invisicape was a scam, so I went ahead with constellations and one fine day they showed me their invisicape. You can imagine why I don't play with them anymore

there's probably plans for adding more things to spend hearts on eventually. they did give us more to spend eden candles on after all! I think that's a delicate balance though because they don't want people soliciting heart trades

i gave some feedback on the air and fire trials recently: as much as i know people are managing to complete them solo, there's something that's not sitting well with me in terms of how much control they take away from the player

air trial basically messes with the movement behaviour of your sky kid via wind currents, while fire trial takes away your visibility, which impacts on both your ability to figure out where you are spatially and to get a proper sense of timing of how the wisps move

I felt like the air trial was designed to slow you down and be annoying in general. I don't think the fire trial is as annoying in comparison, it just comes down to learning the route you need to take (though I wish there was more alternate paths and stuff). Having friends makes it sooo much easier though. Will probably leave feedback later if i have the time

TGC is trying to balance the feelings of the veterans (who did pay money to get all the seasonal passes during the original season) and those of the newer players. Travelers have been controversial since they started because of this.

Personally I don’t mind if the price gets dropped, but I am a player who has never not known of a ts system, veterans from prior to rhythm didn’t have a clue

Can't speak for everyone, but travelers were a complete surprise to me at least. It was a welcome surprise, but it was a bit awkward to see the veterans weighing in on the debate and also slowly realizing that the cost of buying a seasonal pass might not be worth it in the future as travelers didn't require any money to be spent, just time, while seasons required both money and time to complete.

also Kai brought up the fact that TGC had been advertising seasons (and also seasonal cosmetics) as more or less one-time-only events where if you missed it, it would never return unless they made some cosmetics into an IAP pack

The issue with the TS system was that originally, ingame text, the TGC helpshift page, and other official resources said seasonal cosmetics were exclusive to the season, and that seasons wouldn’t repeat, meaning the cosmetics would never return. That’s a valid reason to be upset when TGC announced travelers.

The part where those reasons become invalid is when certain players used that as an excuse to hate on the fact that new players get the cosmetics.

Yes, in essence TGC lied/falsely advertised, but that’s no reason to hate on the fact that other people get to have nice things.

Why loot box would be good?
Well, traveling spirit are endgame system. It takes a lot of effort to do it. With a loot box we could “fill” jar with hearts, and at the end of month we get some cosmetic for free! (Hearts are kinda endgame too, once you complete your constellation, they have little use)

This system will be good because, no need to grind, just play with your friends. Get some hearts and you will be rewarded. It reforces social aspect

If I may: one thing that really drove the confusion and discussion in the beta channels early on is that the proposed TS system was cited as with the purpose of "reducing the grind" in the announcement, but there wasn't much further context to what the mindset behind that proposal was. With some of the information revealed afterwards, it makes more sense in the context of reducing the grind for paying players, but that initial statement alone seemingly made no sense at all for the free-to-play players -- I feel like a lot of the initial debating could've been cleared up had we been told earlier on that this was to respect the positions of the players who were paying for the game (and if this is not the actual proper position, then I'm still confused as to how free-to-pay players are meant to interpret this proposal with the current given reasoning).
