I can't parkour as chibi I just slide right off but can sorta do it as my normal height. I'm only one size up from chibi when not wearing the mask though so the sliding isn't much better I just run and yeet and hope for the best

There hasn’t been a reason to wipe progress since then, because the basic features of the game are in place when it comes to currency. There wouldn’t be a reason to wipe cosmetics/friendships really.

Not everyone who buys passes is ignorant of the benefits of free players
Not all free players are criticizing TS and demanding
Not everyone is stressed because they have to farm candles
You do not have to farm candles every day to get items from TS
It doesn't matter if you are a free or paid player, this system needs your opinion to be complete.
We know nothing about TGC's revenue and expenditure issues and their strategies so we cannot be sure that limit TS will make them more income.
I mean, everything has its other side, we shouldn't be in a hurry to assert anything

It is intentional that the sheet from the fire prophet does not have a percussion part. That being said, we experimented with something new for that sheet instead. We understand it may seem odd for a sheet appearing in a season that has a drum as an ultimate item to not have a drum line, but sometimes we need to subvert expectations to make the best creative decisions.

Hey beta peeps! I have a question: something I liked about the water trial is that it saved the last safe area you were on each time you die. My problem is that sky crashes for me everytime I take a screenshot (which I do a lot) but thankfully the game saved my progress for that trial. I'm worried that once I get to other trials, the game will crash and I might have to start over on some of them. Are there any trials I should avoid taking screenshots to prevent loss of progress or crashes?

Max they have a LOT of things to fix. some problems they figure out easily, others they can't figure out so easily. plus with the vast amount of problems there's a hierarchy of what to focus on fixing (aka if it's not game breaking, it's lower on the list). unfortunately coding is complex and a missing comma could crash the whole game OR an entire line of code can be goofed up and only make a texture appear pink.

Big metal gates, like the ones in Forest, were randomly showing up in Isle. They were generally no problem to just walk around, but they weren't supposed to be there at all. The patch notes implied that this had something to do with message boats, but it's not clear why.

there's a limit of 3 active ongoing spells at any time, i believe, whether they're STAR spells or not
so something like "glow/weasel/cape" will prevent you from activating a harp spell if those prior 3 are still active

The way I see it, there are some people with a legitimate complaint: people who were told these items would never return, and would have made different purchasing decisions if they knew the items would eventually be free. Apparently TGC denied, to these people's face, that they would be bringing them back in another form even as they were developing TS. There's a legitimate grievance here; TGC should not have lied. But I believe the appropriate response should be a flat compensation: everyone with a Pendant of Gratitude/Lightseekers/Belonging gets 72 candles per listed pendant they possess. I picked 72 because this is the number you get from the $20 candle pack: twice what the AP cost, by way of apology. And that's it: no changes to any game systems. This pays back twofold the people who were legitimately wronged by TGC, so they win. It doesn't lock out later and/or f2p players, so they win. TGC does take a financial hit from this, but it's a one-time cost instead of losing that same number per TS, so TGC wins. Literally everyone wins, and nothing in the game has to change.

you can jump through the hole and fall you have to really be trying to fall through it though because you can't just walk off the edge and if you jump towards it, it does that thing where it nudges you to an edge to keep you from falling

The little floating island in the area above the Cave of Prophecies (through the hole in the ceiling) is missing in Live. The candles are still there, though, floating in space. I think it may just be missing because no one has beaten the Trial of Earth yet (this detail is why I'm mentioning it in the Beta chat). Reported it just in case.

And the earth trial is fun beta of the search to find the way and the floating rocks was cool

Anyone had trouble in the prairie villages with getting separated from friends? We can't even manage to teleport back into the same server

Looks like the music in the cave is triggered only after you go past the fire, water, earth, air murals in the beginning (like when you’re going to the cave from the front) and the music stops playing when you return from a trial... I’m going to raise a bug for this — might be a design choice but still would be nice to have the music :D

I dont think thats a bug, and if it is i wouldnt want them to patch it, the trailer music is sooo so loud when youre just tryna chill with your guitar at the snow covered steps

I cannot personally fix exploits, so if you can submit a bug report with a video of what's being done we can take a look at it. Purposefully using out of bounds tricks to bypass Trials and circumvent intended game mechanics is just that...an exploit.

any player who knows how to rocket is probably experienced enough so as to be capable of doing the trial the normal way, and has probably done so at least once. It’s not really getting them anything extra at that point so why should it matter. If people wanna have fun... it’s a game and that’s what it’s for.

It doesn't make the behavior any less of an exploit.
We've fixed every other skip and bypass for Trials, this falls in that same category.
