maybe the camera shakey can happen as the smokey boi comes towards you, instead of it happening when its already there? that way you have more of a headsup and can duck to a candle to recover

I tried both sitting down and using faint emote, like someone suggested yesterday, but neither worked. I didn't continue to the last part where there are 3-4 of these krill farts, because it didn't seem worth it even for testing to spend an hour progressing and dying alternatively.

in the case of the fire trial i really think, as you enter the Void into the trial, the camera could pan to the smoke boys extinguishing candles or something, lol, i had no idea what they were and what they did until i died to it about 5 times

The thing is that standing still by the candle works sometimes and then suddenly not. Especially towards the end, when there are more of them, there isn't enough time to regain your light between them. Because, I do understand that that is supposed to be The Trick.

Fire trail,to me since im scared of the darkness and isn't really used to haven't their light burned out constantly maybe? It did test my courage at some point but because a stranger led me mostly half of the way through or more i felt a lil y'know safe, but yeah i still prefer water trail it's so beautiful. Fire trail monsters are okay i don't really get them but they did get more challenging this update i just tested it out idk if my game got updated but they do seem more harder lol.
So yeah courage comes in different formes so you might have not leanred much from it like other skykids and that's fine

in wasteland, the first we're introduced to krill was when it sniped an innocent manta and had a loud menacing growl when it attacked, we also got to see its form in its entirety... it left a really deep impression on me as "this is bad, must avoid" when i first played it, so i hope the smokey fireballs can be conveyed the same way

Hello I just wanted to ask: previously when I collect wax it immediately shows the candle bar at top left fill up. However now when I collect wax there’s around a 6 sec delay for the candle icon to pop up and fill up. Is this a bug?

people who don't understand game development
people who have patience of as thin as a thread
Understand tgc isn't some large company, they only have a small team to identify the bugs and find a solution. Usually one fix can lead to another bug, so that's the reason it's taking time.

The candles also recharge you less than they did before. You have to stop by them for a few seconds. Making the whole thing very tedious if you keep getting extinguished

Valley snow texture now looks like proper snow covering ice. It’s not melting, it’s just behaving a more natural way it should do on ice. I think it looks really amazing, considering I’m used to snow in the winter. Sky’s snow keep getting better

In beta im about height 3. I tested fire trial again. I was alone. From 10 it went from 3 may be to a 4-4.3. I dont feel it got much harder.... And why those things still look like lorax to me

Not device crashing, but I have about 1/9 chance of app crashing each area loading

The ending seemed a bit incomplete...it will need a bit more flourish...some drama something...and the friend holding heartbeat was a bit too loud. Otherwise loved it. Fire was the easiest trial of all, earth toughest for me

Some spots candles are further apart and it also seems fire dies out quicker. I also felt the candle fire radius was reduced. All speculation on my end. Didn't seem much more difficult to me.
