I think that sometimes, people just get carried away by their emotions. And it's easy to dehumanize and act badly towards a nameless, faceless company.
There are things that are frustrating- negative sentiment is valid. It can be hard to separate discussing an emotion from expressing that emotion in unhealthy ways.
The vast majority of the posts we see in feedback are really helpful, and we appreciate you guys so much.

I can't believe people are sending abusive language via the feedback. People should think before they send feedback that the devs listen to and are influenced by. Remember to think and be constructive in your reviews; say what you like and what you think could be improved.

Personally, I can see how much time and effort has gone into this season and its phenomenal. There are way less bugs than sanctuary and all the areas have been so delicately crafted, all with their own atmosphere. Plus there is so much new content that would have taken time and the whole team to development. Please remember the effort, time and love TGC is putting into this community.

I have to say that I spent the past two hours in earth and wind and it did get frustrating to get through them! Parkour is hard, and I slip a lot. A lot of time was spent with falling off rocks and checkpoints getting set to further back ones too

I will have to put this in feedback later but I feel one of the jumps in the air trial is too high. I feel like the resets are based on how far you fall, and one of the points you can have a large enough difference that you think you made it but get reset right as you land.

Xynth agreed, one thing I noticed is that the little flame candles that make you go floosh into the air, acted as the reset points sometimes. So even if a farther progress was made, falling onto the candles below unluckily, reset the progress to that candle :’( which happened to me a lot haha

I just ran the trials again today. My first time, yesterday, was really weird and disjointed. I went with a friend and we kept getting separated so every time we came back together in the server I’d warp to him. The catch was he was a lot further along than I was. So I feel like I cheated the trials. LOL. I went today with a different friend who hadn’t done them at all and we slayed it. I feel like I did my part now. 🤣

Forestmahihkan- candle farming is basically when players spend time making sure to collect as many candles as possible in Sky. There are quite a few places to gather wax, so it can take a while, and often folks will go together or see how quickly they can finish.

Really there isn’t much others can help with if your device won’t download the beta. I know for Android we are at a weird position with google where people can’t download. TGC has already tried contacting google about the problem to get it fixed but not much has been happening there :V

Beta is mainly for the purpose of finding bugs so that the official game doesn't have them- it's not a shortcut to get IAPS for free or have early access to the season- it's mainly meant to help tgc better their game

hmm im gonna share some of my lore:
the second prophecy showed people lying almost like they are dead together with animals which represents their element. I think, the prophets are teaching us to use our wings, and we needed to pass the trials to get them (at least our ancestors did) (notice we are capeless) it seems true cause isle is the place where we get our first wing. and everytime we pass the trials, we ascend (thus explains the bodies lying from the paintings) also we glow just like when we ascend to orbit. maybe our cape our made up of these four elements, to withstand wind (prairie), water (forest) and so on

Your easy is someone else's hard or medium difficulty... Your easy might be someone's walk in the park also. Difficulty is relative to the user and their experience with that style of gameplay.

This is one of the things they desperately need in beta feedback, so they can get a good middle ground... Attract more players by not making it too easy or not make it frustratingly hard.

The trial of fire is def a lot easier with a friend, as I found out by standing alongside other strangers your flame doesn't go out (I was doing a solo run though)

To be fair, the trials ended fast/ season felt short because we were given all of it almost at the same time... in live they would be spanned apart, making it feel a lot longer

I think if anything, the trials need something to make people go back and finish them other than just a winged light... I think candles like in valley race would help

when you master water it doesn't kill you immediately anymore (even poop water doesn't kill immediately), master air, you can fly, master earth and you 🤔 hmm not sure... learn how to jump?
and when you master fire you learn it charges you.... all 4 are needed to play sky

and some of the spirit scenes look like teaching classes for regular spirits

Why the maze aim for resilience? I mean, all the trial need resilience to pass, especially at the first time when you have no clue to the rule. Need resilience to figure out the rule. I don't see the maze required more resilience trait than the others. Yeah you can be frustrated when you can't see the whole map. But at the trial of water and air, you can be frustrated when you can't control well and fail for many times. At the fire section, you can be frustrated when you can't figure out the reason of sudden death.

Idk about the levels but the fire monsters are pretty essy to dodge look out for them and listen carefully the smoke won't really harm you just be sure to have a checkpoint aka the big fire stone things
Also be careful it's better to do it with a friend or even a stranger that can recharge your light in the trail of fire

it's okay to deep call. I used it to be able to see the walls beside me and to know the candle spots (since sound waves can help you to see things a bit). You can protect yourself from the fire monsters just by standing on the candles/lantern checkpoints. you can even lit your candle while walking (but still, protect yourself by standing besides the candles as near as possible). Also to avoid the death loop, you have to quickly move your analog to nearest light area.

@ \Raf I know this was posted ages ago but I completely agree. I got a bug where I got given x2 the amount of things when I bought the pass but other people with unobtainable cosmetics might not have the same/similar scenario as me and they could have used un-legit ways to obtain those cosmetics so I 100% agree, you should report anyone who has any unobtainable items no matter what they tell you (Yeah that's right, you should report me if you see me in-game)

Is it me or is the friendship constellation at home not working? I had a friend who added via candle and now I can't see her here in the constellation (I dont have many friends) and yesterday I was able to light her candle at the right side of the crown constellation (favorite friends) but when I do it now, it just directly goes to the Isle of Dawn constellation....did this happen to anyone else? I tested this a lot, turns out that I can avoid the eyes in the fire trial by using the playing dead emote. Idk why, maybe it's because the eyes aren't touching me a lot. Ive run the fire trial three times using this method and it works most of the time.

Like my new nickname? It is how I feel after all the trials. Overall, I love water trial, earth trial is fun but frustrating, air is purely fun and beautiful and fire is...dark. I really like fire, but I don't feel like it drives the story to climax enough. There needs to be more tension if that makes sense. I did breeze through it since I buddied up with a friend, but still, I wish it held more. Can't wait to see how tgc continues to evolve this season before it goes live!

@cedar goblet resize spell is a random number generator so sometimes you end up the same size or a size similar enough to what you were that you don't notice the difference. only bug report if you didn't do the spell motion of consuming the spell and/or the spell was not consumed (meaning you have the same number of spells as before using it)

I haven't done the last trial yet because of the death loop bug Ktjn mentioned. because trials 1-3 for me were like dies 84368431877464546 times before reaching first checkpoint

okok so I was actually stuck in the death loop for a hot sec, I found that you could if you kept on tapping the light button to light the next checkpoint, it would eventually light up and you could continue the infinite death loop was were it was forcing the screen to white out after you respawn every second or so

also woo did i get lucky with the fire trial first i tried to see what would happen if i fell off, got myself into a temporary dead loop but that got solved quickly. then there was a part near the end that i was struggling with a lot because i couldnt find more candles, but at some point when i respawned the candles just lit up on their own :V ALSO encountering another player during the trial must be terrifying, especially since its all dark, and im scared of the dark
