I'm frustrated by the google situation too. I tried speaking to their customer service, but the only outcome of that is me wishing I could get that hour of my life back. If they communicate with TGC in a similar fashion as they communicate with people, I have endless admiration for every single person in TGC who has to deal with them. I'm sad, I'm seeing so many amazing places in the new areas to explore, but I'm not participating in beta to see stuff first, I've signed up to help make sure everyone gets to enjoy the game with as little issues as possible. You will need to open the link on a separate screen and scan the actual QR code instead of importing the link. This feature works correctly on Live and is a low priority beta-only bug.” Hope that helps!

For the quests, you need to talk to the quest giver in the new area, next to the bell tower/structure thing

The spirit will direct you to a certain spot on the island, once you find that spot it will show you a map of another spot on the island where you have to go to find the bell. Then go talk to the quest spirit again to return it

@woeful bane your candles will not convert when you update - you'll have 20 seasonal candles and if you have a lot of regular candles, they will be set to 50. so 20 seasonal and 50 normal

Personally from the cut scene we are shown. The new area looks like an island resort and a source of relaxation. So I understand why the cosmestics this season may look at of place for this season not to mention we are entering into summer.
