There's a few thing that could have happened:
Those are more veteran beta players who tested the original seasonal content.
OR
There was a bug where people could access all the cosmetics from traveling spirits from Eden, but they'd have to have the currencies to unlock things.

Beta will persist after global launch, they are two separate apps and we always have content to test. Beta progress is not transferable to live. Once the game launches, you'll have to start from scratch again.

might be a casualty of the accelerated schedule, plus daily quests don't happen in dawn, so the quest schedule is always going to be asynchronous with that main quest sequence.

But that means the first week can only work with one, second week can work with two, etc.

Though so far, it's only asked for lights that we've either already gotten in the past or the one requested for that day so if that's how it goes, I'm fine with it starting with only red light quests, then red or blue lights, and then so forth until anything can be asked for

there's some sense into it, the ark is treated as an entirely different area; usually emotes are organized in order of areas, and the ark emotes are put after the vault emotes, rather than next to the wasteland emotes

It seems really convoluted right now. You gotta get green light from a, get blue light from b, seasonal candles and other quests from c, but you gotta go to ark to get the quest for green light, and then you gotta return to ark to return said light.... my poor brain.

It is a common bug. Sometimes an uncollected wing appears as collected. Only way to really fix it is to Eden again to reset everything and hope the bug doesn’t reoccur.

It's similar to birds nest and citadel in that they are pretty vertically-oriented with a lot of room to fly around

but unlike those areas, it's really unforgiving on your light

whereas citadel has updraft and birds nest has so many birds you're constantly recharging

if you wait in that big open space and the light isn’t bugged, it’ll go there on its route

if the green light doesn't show up for you, you need to get the blue light and collect the candle for it first, then it should show up

The bell ringing signifies a clock. It rings every hour while eden chimes every 15 minutes of an hour

And the green light is suppose to be in the birds nest but no matter what I do I can’t get it to appear and I’ve already gotten all the other lights and turned it over to the spirit I got the star thingie after returning it but still I can’t make it appear . It’s not there yet it is there for allot of other people and even video of it being there on youtube.

It’s possible, but I’ve found it difficult. There is one section of the ride where it looks like you are alone, but that’s not true. Your friends reappear after a few seconds.
