try not to get too attached to your beta account. not only is it seperate from live, but beta is often buggy, not all features stay in beta (such as traveling spirits), and TGC might find it necessary to wipe our beta progress in the future

If you're getting the Item Not Found message, make sure the Google Play app itself is up to date. if it is up to date, try clearing the Google Play cache and restarting your phone by turning it completely off and back on.
If you have multiple Google accounts try toggling between them and make sure you're viewing from the Google Play account that was accepted into the Beta.
If none of the above works, there’s some other troubleshooting steps pinned in #beta-discussion-android you can try. It's a known issue for many games in the Play store, not just Sky.

the music sheets from fish and manta call spirits (forest and valley, respectively) are more easy to play, but harder to obtain because both sheets are high up in the spirit's trees

sounds like the unfortunate eden death loop bug, if you're talking about being looped to the beginning of the area with the statues without being able to go into the room where you hug the starkid

@onyx plaza yes that’s suppose to happen you are suppose to die.. every time you become reborn you get an extra something to your winged cape.. extra light spirits to help make you stronger for the next “reborn”
The more souls you give to those statues the more pink candles you will receive I think it’s like every 4 or 5 you light you get 1 pink candle.. (don’t quote me on that) but if u press the ? button on the top right it will tell you I believe

Yeah @exotic atlas! I closed the app and came back and it solved it... but initially i stayed to run it twice more because it has happened in Live before and it would fix itself after 1-2 extra runs. But in Beta case we tried it 5 times to no avail. But I will be submitting the bug in a bit!

Baseline is 30fps, but it'll depend on your device's GPU whether it can achieve that or not. Some lower end devices run at 18fps, it runs the game, but not well which is why we have a prompt informing them their gameplay experience will be impacted if it's below the recommended specs. Higher end devices can achieve 60fps.

Right, I realize from your perspective it doesn't look like we do anything with those reports.
In reality, I pull those reports every morning, put them in a spreadsheet, send them over to our QA team who investigates every report (looking at screenshots and videos and attempt to replicate bug) and documents the status of the report and creates a ticket and assigns it to a developer to fix. once fixed, the ticket is closed. player reported fixed go into a separate log. I review the closed ticket log and compile the technical information in them and convert it into player-facing communications that end up in the patch notes for you all to see.

C'mon! A send to all would not really cheapen anything by now. Yes, I get your point, that the act of lighting them individually is like a little individual prayer to that person. For my I guess thats true because I have yet to fill my first page of 'friends' in game and plan to keep it that way. It means for me, that the people in that tree are people to treat as you describe.
The reality though is that I'm abnormal in this regard. Most players will have screeds of in-game 'freinds' and really, they don't give a whit about most of them; many are once-met fly-by friends, others are casual acquaintances that are happy to light your candle if you light theirs. For most people, lighting all of those friends e v e r y d a y is just to get something back; it's not an act of giving or altruism.
So whilst I love your intent, it's not, unfortunately backed up by reality for most players. What we have now is basically the latest in a long iteration of these "home spaces". It's better than some of the old ones, but it's by no means faster or less clumsy to use. When some players have so many friends, it just becomes another chore in the grind of the game. A send all could be added that only sends to favourite friends. Set a limit on the number of favourite friends, and you then allow that button to only effect people that have more meaning to the player.
It can be done in way that respects your hopes and desires for the players without needing to diminish it I think.
Oh, and yes, I did see @empty inlet s request. seconded.

Regarding the previous convo: I would love a "send to all" button for friend lights. It would also be nice to be able to sort people somehow, although unsure how (if alphabetically or by how close we are).
And yes, some sort of remove button for all those inactive players, instead of blocking. Blocking has a much more symbolic value and I feel it shouldn't be used light-heartedly.

Players learn to deal with it , it’s the same as when you try to burn plants on the bell towers , when you make a small jump , you’ll overshoot like you’re ice skating. Crash bugs can sometimes be a snap to fix but most times they are a nightmare. Most of my own crash reports end up being in areas of the system, not my own. Which means “somewhere” in my code I’ve done something and sometime later the system has got upset so connecting the two is impossible. It can be very very frustrating.

Headphones is when you're listening to external music and is only on iOS. You can listen to external music on android but the headphones won't appear.
Depending on the crash, yeah it can definitely be a quick fix though deploying the fix might take additional time which makes it less quick.
On the flip side we have multiple engineers 100% dedicated to the friend connection issue for months and we're just now making huge headway.

In the jellyfish area in forest, if the controlling kid keeps running forward without waiting friends enter the area, friends are placed in wrong position and will trigger warp to the entrance of this area (even back to the previous area, this didn’t occurred in this run)
Friends placed in some far position from the controlling kid is a case for many area but not all of them will cause warping

testing connectivity now with friends right now. I can stay connected with friends if I am holding hands (no random disconnects) but if a friend tries to join from home they will appear briefly and vanish

Update to my friend connectivity: wasteland we disconnected for a solid 5 seconds but then merged back to the same server. Also got yeeted when exiting a portal. Didn't server switch but had to warp back to my friend. I don't know the names of the areas to effectively specify which portal yeeted me.

Hi! im new to this game! i kept having connectivity issues with my friend. like we are flying halfway and suddenly i just fell and he went missing. we had to switch to home and warp to him multiple times before we finally find each other. it happens a lot at forest and wasteland. hope it is resolved quickly. 🙂

Just a comment. That new "live-feedback" channel constantly shows that there is something new to read. Even when in fact 99% of the time, there isn't because it auto hides. I know this is most likely a bug in Discord, but if it can be fixed by changing a setting that would be really nice.

Yeah unfortunately it happens because of the current setup on both feedback channels. Members can't see the chat history, but they still get notifications for the channel if they have that channel unmuted the channel setup is being revised so that doesn't happen and there's more clarity on its functions tho!
for now, just mute it or try to ignore it lol

oh cool... when I unlock a spirit and sit down at the elder spirit stone, the whole constellation is accessible and I can call em down. Very user friendly. I like this new touch.
