In-game currency costs of items are the same across regions.

Japanese patch notes usually come out a bit later because our Japanese Community Manager takes what I write in English and translates it. Translation work takes a lot of time and effort.

While we try to get that information out at the same time for regional parity, sometimes it needs tweaking for last minute changes that cause delays.

I don't have finalized prices in front of me, we're still tweaking some things, but the prices should be similar to what you've seen in beta. Keep in mind the Visiting Spirit you saw in Beta had a stance instead of an expression and each spirit's tree may look a little different.

So I unlocked the lost spirit for last weekend and this weekend with my ascending candles 🕯 and I didn’t get my star buff added to my cape like it does with the normal spirits I unlocked with the same icon so either y’all need to give me my permanent star buffs and add these spirits to the end of eden to be permanent after being reborn or you need to change the icon

I highly doubt it is intended to work that way. Wandering spirits are not normal spirits. They are seasonal ones, seasonal ones should not give wing buffs.

Which is sort of cool because if season spirits become travelers. As the game ages and seasons pass, there will be a larger host of travelers and it can be longer time between when you would see repeaters.

While I do harp on reading patch notes for clarification, what is listed in the patch notes subject to change from one build to the next. That is why the build number is listed in the title of the post.

That isn't what I said, Logan. I said not every cosmetic is guaranteed to appear, they aren't meant as an alternative to participating in an active season, they're meant to be a catch up for folks who hadn't discovered the game yet, or the game hasn't come to their platform. The spirit shops for the visiting spirits are different from their shops while they were in an active season.
