Haven't seen that as an issue for Vault specifically, but first make sure you're on the latest beta update. If you are, then restart the app. If that doesn't resolve it, try restarting your device.

@blazing sail the game is only really about those cosmetics now. Those now are the soul of the game. Where once we had story and the hope of a future of discovery we have hats, capes and stuff. I collect and play only to give hearts. And I play rarely now.

If you're getting the Item Not Found message, make sure the Google Play app itself is up to date. if it is up to date, try clearing the Google Play cache and restarting your phone by turning it completely off and back on.

If you have multiple Google accounts try toggling between them and make sure you're viewing from the Google Play account that was accepted into the Beta.

If none of the above works, type "google play item not found" into whatever search engine you use and try the troubleshooting steps suggested by numerous sources. If you find something that works, it would be awesome if you could report back to the folks here. It's a known issue for many games in the Play store, not just Sky.

We test new features, content and bug fixes before theyā€™re released to live, and not all content is released to live.

the cosmetics are nice but all very very similar that it feels like buying a pass for just multiple colour swatches , not different items. just making the masks more bolder or lower the design off the forehead. would be nice if the other two capes got a fringe of some sort? the only rememberable stuff to me is the white cape because the gold is very nice, the pants, the red bow (but sadly itā€™s stuck to the hair), and the emotes.

all opinion tho, tbh idk if they will change anything because of our feedback due to them releasing the promo image already. maybe theyā€™ll take our feedback for feature seasons at least ~

The optimization has gotten better on my device when on the lowest setting, but at certain spots or angles it gets very laggy. But when I'm in certain worlds it doesn't lag. So I hope they can continue working on it

@misty hazel if your device is already compatible with the game, then I think itā€™s a safe bet that theyā€™ll continue working on it. There have been a number of graphics updates recently, and Iā€™m guessing there will be more in the future before it goes live. Some users have reported very pixelated images still.

One guess--purely a guess--is that Thanksgiving may have impacted the schedule--the last Thursday and Friday of Nov. in the US are big holidays, and lots of people take this time off. So releasing the season sooner gives more cushion to deal with anything that comes up

Or there's a bigger-picture schedule, and with three weeks before Lightseekers, one week for Belonging averages out to the 2 weeks they'd been planning for each.

Welcome to the Season of Belonging, the third season of Sky: Children of the Light. With this patch update comes many new items to collect, spirits to find, locations to explore, and lots of polish and fixes. Read on to learn more.

Season of Belonging

On Monday, a family of six new spirits will make their way to the kingdom of Sky! The spirits have been scattered across the lands, but now they need your help bringing the family back together. Why donā€™t you grab a friend or two and explore all six Sky kingdoms to discover where each spirit went?

New Collectibles

The family of six spirits come bearing festive new items for you to collect this season, including:

Three new capes.
Four masks.
Two musical instruments and two new music sheets.
Two hairstyles.
Five new expressions and one new stance.
One new pair of cozy pants.
One ultimate Adventure Pass gift item.
After finding each spirit, you can see what collectibles they have to offer by selecting their star in the constellation menu.

Updates and Fixes
Added new spaces and locations to explore. Let us know what you think!
Added Days of Giving event. During the duration of this event, every Heart and Partial Heart Gift sent to friends will be doubled.
Ancestor Spirit Quest improvements.
Added an intro cinematic for Season of Belonging.

Added more Winged Light in the world.
New features added to the in-game closet.
New player puzzle added.
Directional clarity improved.

Iā€™ve been looking around at the new areas in Live. I brought my firework staff with me to the new area in Valley for obvious reasons and discovered with the update they made it less awesome. Now itā€™s on a timer, one release and then you wait for a number of seconds before you can do it again. I understand the issue with spamming the staff but Iā€™m sad that it is quite this restrictive now.

I love the firework staff and Iā€™ll miss being able to use it like I used to, but I understand why they changed it.

Found the last candle. It is hidden inside a wall. That last bit before you exit, with the mushrooms you use to get up to the top, itā€™s somewhere between the first and second mushroom. when boosting and holding it down to get off the ground it wants to come back down after the first boost...and trying to get the forest spirit was a challenge too so I'm gonna go back to it in a while!

Galaxy Note 10 plus and 2 handed...I try both sometimes though if one isnt working! Flying is really off
