yeah, there was a reset in June that booted everyone out, and you had to get a new invite through the link in #beta-announcements. The beta filled up quickly and it's full now

about the beta cape, we're still awaiting clarification from TGC if pre-reset players will get the cape on friday as well

@dire rover In my correspondence with TGC support, I was told that beta testers who played before the reset (assuming they meet the requirement of passing the forest) will receive the cape as well. Additionally, if you know you qualify but for whatever reason do not receive the cape, send a support ticket in to see if anything can be done.

The theory might be clouded with distortion. I believe the cape award will have an automatic rollout to as many as possible, and that some will need to be manually awarded because of things like being off beta for some period of time or other unforseen challenges.

So if there's an auto award and everyone suddenly has it except you, don't panic! Just ask nicely, and have patience.
