you can get the currency in aviary, and the items can be found if you teleport from the event guide (now to the right of the aviary door) or you can go to the office entrance in the vault OR you can go into aviary shop area it will take you to the office rooftop now since the latest update. All the IAP are available in the candle shop menu also.

It's not ideal, but there's at least a message that pops up to tell you "try wearing (color)!" when you step on a platform with the wrong cape color, although there's nothing to help with actually identifying what capes are what color.

You can go through old home, there would be a teleport to aviary event house and then you can go to event area. A bit complicated

you can reach the days of colour by meditate at the left area if you are at aviary to go back to old home. from old home, you go to find the days of colour guide and meditate again. The puzzle can be completed alone, you just need to complete one colour first before proceeding to the next one

I think all you can really do is send in feedback and hope the devs can reach out to clarify if there's any reason but since beta is only meant for testing it's not always a priority to restore accounts.

In the meantime, could you explain when you made your account? Is it just new and was it linked to a login method or just as a local account?

If it was linked then I guess it's not related to the local account purge we had previously (not sure if it's still ongoing), so yeah definitely the best advice I can suggest is to feedback asking for some help with your account. Again, there's no guarantee since it's beta and I don't know what the process is for appealing bans, but if it's bug related they may ask you for some more details

@bright canopy The displayed collab capes in the Office only give a 2 minute try-on spell; they aren't purchasable. Sorry to disappoint, haha. (No other collab related items have returned, either.)

They only returned in this form as part of the celebrations, similar to how you can freely enter the Mario-inspired area and the Office itself during the event. I imagine it would be incredibly difficult to actually bring them back for purchase, since that would require negotiation with all 3 of the original IP holders at once :0

It's possible, yes, but very unlikely. The golden Aurora cape (along with the other special Aurora items) briefly came back after the Season of Aurora, as part of a special Guinness World Record attempt, but none of the other collab items have returned. Only time will tell

But one thing: since beta and live are two different apps, you need to restart, since there isn't a mode to backup live data into beta

Just a little add-on: it is highly, highly recommended to link your Live AND beta accounts to multiple log-in methods.

Facebook i wouldn’t recommend, but sometimes Gamecenter acts up too. It’s best to bind it to multiple things, but you can indeed use all the same log in methods as for your live acc!
