People mentioning quest giver disappearing. The quest giver will disappear after you initiate the second part of each spirit’s quest (shared space activity). He won’t show back up until that second part is complete.

To complete the second quest you go out into the maina rea of the vault. Them in pt 2 you place the (wip) tea table

They're all outside of the main tower area. Start by looking for holes in the wall. Some of the spirits are easier to find by going up high first and then looking down.
