I'm not sure about the servers, but if the darkness isn't burning for you I suggest going home & then warping back to the area using the home warp pad. Sometimes things just weird.

Um me and my sister where doing the crystal event and two things happened. First thing is that the Crystal was in different locations for us and second when I was in the cutscene a crab hit me and I lost some wind light

Bring a recharging prop but you should be alright even if you have only like 5 or 6 wedges. Get the crabs to chase you and lead them away from the area you're trying to burn first

i have some seasonal questions since i was MIA for about a month. so are the shards the “spirits” this season or are there actual spirits you can find? since the shards are recurring, does the color matter? are there main plot shards or are they all the same?

There are no spirits for this season, instead we have memory fragments (orange and blue light blob things) that you can access by teleporting to the special void room area from the season guide at home (or in the seasonal constellation on the home stone).

The color of the shards does matter - red shards give you ascended candles while black shards give you regular candle wax. So far only one color has been available each day though, so for example today there is a red shard only and no black shards. The schedule is kind of random, so we can't really predict which type or location will be available each day until the first one happens. And the seasonal quests can only be completed at red shard events

While people are floating fantasies, I’d love to see a couple little things made consistent with the logic of the game. For instance, the second set of candles that grow a tree in vault floor three don’t give wax. Why not? Why don’t the dark flowers on the skeleton in the graveyard in forest give light when burned off? Just little things. But I’d love to see them adjusted.

Yeah, I guess margins have narrowed a bit over time, but I don’t understand the anger over it. Like even if you don’t have a lot of time to play, it rarely takes more than 10 minutes to complete the dailies.

I think most people are taken aback because the first thing to be purchased in the spirit tree is way pricier than usual (because it is cosmetic instead of blessing nodes)

Technically speaking we are required to purchase less blessing nodes this season than performance, so it’s actually a win

The shards on ice rink are overlapped shards, meaning they're shards that were in the previous realm then got moved to the next one because of reset

Yes, you need stronger shards to complete the seasonal quests. Stronger shards give AC and a chance to complete seasonal quests stated from patch notes

switch and mobile are two different consoles. to have a game on a new console it requires porting, which is months-long work for game devs and most probably isn't done by tgc but by nintendo or another outsourced company (i worked at a game porting studio). i think the issue lays at this stage, where something went wrong when porting this event. it's gonna take a longer while to fix it
