i started almost a year ago as well, at switch release, and postman brought me back down to like 5 candles and i didnt even get everything.... had to skip on the sheet and the mask

i dont know where you guys get all those candles

ive had pass on every season ive participated in except little prince, you'd think that the conversion candles would start stacking up but the events are becoming more and more expensive and i dont have any of the previous stuff since ive only now been playing for almost a year and every event since has been new

i'm scared of the anniversary event thats coming later too......

afaik the price of a high candle count is either going full goblin mode and grey candling every day, or not trading hearts, or not buying most items, or any combination

simple math says that it only takes 50 days to get to 1k

it's really difficult to talk yourself out of buying ts items knowing that they might just never come back

I personally prefer mask, is one of fairly few clearly animalistic masks, and a very nice one at that. It can be a bit hard to match up with hairs due to clipping though, and colors aren't tooooo prevalent

Cape is kinda cute, it's unique in the scarf/tail piece, but it suffers the same issue as mask with colors being a bit hmmm to combine

I still went for mask instead bc I love it, but a great thing to do if you're unsure is just checking out your closet and seeing if you can come up with an outfit using either piece which you just really vibe with

I love the pants. Really work with my aesthetics overall. The mask is nice, but a bit too big, since my Sky kid is small. I like the pattern on the cape, but not the odd ball scarf thingy.

From what I've seen the last year, the average time between seasons is 2 weeks. I think Flight/Abyss had 4 bc Abyss had a rough development + holiday season

So the likelihood of us having another 4 week gap after next season is pretty low

Tbh it doesn’t really matter how long the break is since we can’t accumulate any seasonal candles during that time. So two weeks is enough to relax a little. That is if you don’t think about DoR right around the corner. No breaks for anybody!

Beta is a testing programme for unreleased content. Testers are encouraged to bug report and give feedback on whatever new features or mechanics TGC want to introduce in the game.
