Do you mean the rain in the treehouse area? It has a set schedule of certain days where it rains or doesn't rain, although I forget which days off the top of my head

Apparently on the days that it's raining, you can turn it off by watching the final cutscene again with the guide, although I haven't tried it myself recently so I'm not 100% sure if that still works

There was a bug the other night where all seasonal prices were turned into regular candles and the Abyss ultimate gifts were available for a total of four candles. Ultimate gifts were visible on past season questgivers’ trees (-) but not purchaseable as they would just display a “game data corrupt” message or crash if you tried to tap on or buy them
