Why is there suddenly a rainbow quest? Was it here before?
-> Not certain why, but since they brought back older quests like the sapling quests from Days of Bloom & Assembly quests from Assembly, perhaps they decided to include these too this quest was from Days of Rainbow.

How to get to Citadel?
-> Head down to the Ice rink from Social space, to that big structure to your left, however that requires you to have sufficient spirits that the barrier needs, in order to pass

My guess for the ts this week is fire prophet (this is not 100% accurate, again, it is just a guess)

So... Why fire prophet?
To start things off, I've noticed a prop in the cackling crab that was the same to the ones at the prophecy cave. And it had something to do with fire. Yes, that's right, it's the fire pot! (Picture below)
And of course, we have the fire prophet, so... It should be obvious by now xD

Not only that, the last 3 ts was also based out of things in the cackling crab

Black cape is a great cape and with Double Hearts event around Tuesday Daily Quest Reset, you can get it much faster. As long as you have candles saved up.

It was communicated to a player that the heart can only be given if you spend time with a person (I don't know if you are expected to be friends for several days) but shortly after unlocking the high-five to a friend I could not give your heart immediately 😦

There's a bug. Or feature. Or bugged feature. We're not entirely sure anymore. But there's this thing that won't let you trade hearts even after unlocking the node so you can reach it. After many tests I've come to the conclusion that after some amount of time spent around the person in game you'll be able to trade. That time seems to be around 30 minutes, but that's not a solid fact. We have no definitive answers

In any case, please leave feedback on it in #live-feedback . Especially if you aren't fond of the system.

Look above you. It was 'confirmed' to be a feature by a dev/staff in beta channels, but there were no other official announcements so no one knows what exactly works and what doesn't. Try spending a bit of time with the friend before trading if it isn't work. Not guaranteed to work since again, it's really buggy and people with months of friendship can't trade
