Height spells are always random

the only way to guarantee it is to be so short that you can't get any shorter (resizes change your height by ≥ (greater than or equal to) ±0.500, on a scale from +2.000 as tallest and -2.000 as shortest)
if you're -1.5 or less, then yes, you will get taller

but otherwise there's no way to have more likelihood of your height value going a certain way (that we know of)
