Seasonal Hearts are a special currency introduced in the Season of Belonging, and are used to unlock the Seasonal Ultimate Gift(s) from the Seasonal Quest Giver. In order to obtain these hearts from the various Seasonal Spirits, you must first own an Adventure Pass.

Seasonal Hearts are located at the top of the Seasonal Spirits’ friendship trees, excluding the Quest Giver, and can be traded for 3 Seasonal Candles.
Please note that the rewards from the Seasonal Quest Giver for completing quests are regular hearts, not seasonal ones.

Some of the Tier 2 wing buffs are hard to get, because you can only get them once you've unlocked some cosmetics, but there are 102 winged light out in the realms now, and the non-seasonal spirits give 47 wing buffs total

They were added higher up in the trees of the spirits with capes (and the hide and seek spirit), so you now have to unlock whatever was previously at the top of the tree before they were added

The most difficult one to get would probably be the one from Valley's Handstanding Thrillseeker (the spirit with the pink cape), since the Tier 2 wing buff was added above the Tier 1 pink cape

FYI for anyone who finds the manta is already rescued: if you enter the cave that’s embedded in tree roots leading to the sunny forest / entrance to caverns, go through the spirit gate and enter the other area, and then go back through, you can drop down and free the manta just below that cave entrance

Here's my fav trick when it comes to saving the mantas ;
When you exit from sunny forest, immediately go to the manta, holding out your candle. As long as your candle touches the plant till it starts the burning animation, even if server merge, it should count for you.
It works for me several times. Good luck

This. For as little as I use the lantern, the spells are just fine. And I can use a spell spontaneously instead of equipping the lantern in advance or heading home to get it and then having to go back to where I was from the last checkpoint.

Also by “for as little as I use the lantern,” I mean once. I’ve used it once. There really aren’t many places in Sky dark enough to bother.

There are a couple ways to get this quest when that happens. You can enter the area through the Sunny Forest entrance and go for the manta right underneath that entrance right away. Another thing you could do is go to where the other manta is under the bridge, return home if it's not still there, wait a minute, then use the return shrine to go back. You'll spawn right over where the manta is, so you can go under the bridge and get it right away

For others frustrated by the manta quest, #live-feedback is a good place to vent those frustrations ( in a constructive way). Personally I went there and suggested they either make it so the plants trapping the mantas appear unburned to you until you personally burn them, or give you credit for the quest if you show up and find the manta already freed, or otherwise stop giving us the quest.

Yeah, for sure. It seems like all the seasonal spirits would be confusing as hecc to new players, though. Although not as confusing as the glitch spirits that were around when I was a moth. I tried to do piggyback spirit’s carry quest so many times back then until I just gave up.
