It will be sometime today, but it may technically be tomorrow for you because of the time zones. It's only 9:27 am in TGC's time zone, so it could be announced any time between now and like 7-8 hours from now and still be "today" for them

Enter forest portal at home, and go trough that gate at the end of social space. A cutscene will trigger and zoom the entrance. Then just go in!
