Literally every friend I ran into tonight was rockin yeti pants and no mask so I decided to match up (I’m in the middle)

I joined at the tail end of Enchantment but I’d last played before the seasons or traveling spirits were introduced so I was just dazed. I went and collected all the Enchantment spirits not knowing they would disappear in the near future

And I think they'll add a completely new area like they have been since enchantment until dreams but who knows

@safe rapids sorry for the @ but I saw your message in #wishlist-and-ideas-archived and I don't think that's possible cuz older seasons didn't have seasonal quests afaik? They only had staggered releases of the spirits but no actual story or quest to do other than relive the spirits and get their items before enchantment season switched things up a bit

Not really. All of the spirits were released from the get-go, it was just one new light quest each week (or every two weeks towards the end). Each light was associated with a specific spirit asking for it though, and the changes to the Ark would be based on whatever their role was in the group (like the mural for the painter, flowers for the gardener, etc)

Belonging was the only season that had one spirit released at a time each week, and I think they are probably not going to do that again because many players didn't like it

I wasn't around for Gratitude so I wouldn't know exactly, but I don't think it was? I'm not sure though

I think the gardener/farmer spirit was the one with the wizard hat, their memory was going around the farm area in the back by the cave and getting water for the crops + scaring off some birds lol (that's where the expression came from)

I hope they release all spirits at once. I think most people prefer to be able to have access to all of the spirits and their items right away so they can pick and choose which stuff they want to save candles for first based on what they like. It lets people show their personality a bit more than everyone just wearing the same seasonal items for a whole week because it's the only stuff available

I am very interested in seeing whatever new quest mechanics they have planned though, it sound pretty fun from the teaser blog post!

I do like the questing model they have tied to the seasons now though, with a new quest every week or two. It allows for the spirits to be released all at once but still gives players something more to do once they've gotten all the emotes, besides just collecting the cosmetics.

I also hope they take their time and don't feel rushed. I know off-season can get a bit boring, but sometimes I feel like TGC is pressured to keep up such a fast paced schedule, updates get pushed out even if not everything seems ready :c
