One in a cave (you can spot it in an ice cave on the side of the mountain you ride up or down the boats once you enter and it should be exposed to the sun's light + glimmering ice—also message boats)

They can vary quite a bit in how many candles they cost, but that's mostly due to whether they have 2 or 3 cosmetics. But most do cost more than 100 candles, and it's good to have around 15 hearts saved up

hot tip: the trapped mantas are both a ways from the river entrance. if you find them already burned, just head back to the river area, wait 30 seconds for your instance to reset, then head back to broken bridge and rush to them.

Theres a manta under the bridge in the last part before the shrine in hidden forest

To avoid merges that causes the plants to be instantly burnt try going to sunny forest and upon going back to broken bridge area turn off your connection and keep it off as much as possible and go near the manta

yeah sunny forest opens right onto one of the mantas. unlocking it is amazing.

Turn on your connection while your candle is out so if a merge happens and the plant burns itself you'll complete the quest

I did th fire trial with my discord friends, my friend was SO HYPED for a challenging game, having heard that even beta struggled with it for DAYS.

We did it without any major problems. They were SO MAD- while me and the other friend were like "never. Again." and "All of that??? For one heart and a shiny child?!?"

Needless to say, the relief we felt once we learned there was no wax in there

Oooh my first time doing fire trial was solo because of the hype! I, like a lot of others, got frustrated easily and even got lost in the third area. Such madness hahaha.

My first time through fire trial was a disorienting nightmare. Fortunately, a very friendly vet friended me while waiting by the quest giver for the trial to open and unlocked chat with me so we were able to work together pretty well. He eventually unlocked warp on the 3rd floor to make it easier. It took us over an hour though. Now though I’ve been through it probably a dozen or more times and it takes maybe 10 minutes, if that. It’s my favorite trial, both because I made a good friend and because it’s so hauntingly beautiful.

This season I got a pass so that means I'll be spending more candles, while non-pass players could let go on the final blessings from spirits, because they arent getting hearts anyway
so they can save quite a lot

I remember sanctuary, I didnt have a pass so I could save some candles and also there were few events then like additional seasonal candle a day and stuff.. what I mean is.. I did my math

This season I, owner of the pass, can get something like 90 candles to convert

There is only one constellation in the season. But you have four spirit trees and to get the ultimate rewards you need to complete all of them, since the seasonal hearts are at the top of each tree.

Does anyone know of faster ways to get to hermit valley solo than the regular way? I timed it from lighting the lifts by the candle cakes, riding the boat, ride second lift/boat to finally arriving in hermit valley and it takes 4min30s

@tame mesa You get the ultimate gift with the seasonal pass, buying all the main nodes of every seasonal spirit up to the seasonal hearts at the end. You need 4 seasonal hearts to buy the ultimates gifts, 2 seasonal hearts each, first the mask, then the cape. (You get this ultimate constellation to buy them by going near the dreams guide in home or the one at village of dreams). And, those stars are just placeholders. The (?) will change after the final cutscene is released near the end of the season, when you have unlocked every seasonal content.

Henlo so i was in hermit place, across the clouds on the grinch peak, there was a rainbow and a swing in the sky. Is that something a player purchases to spawn? Or does it spawn on itself? Cause it wasn’t there later

Pretty sure the swing is just something you can purchase, like the campfire for example. I think the rainbow was just there by coincidence. Anyone correct me if i'm wrong

||There is one on the backside of the mountain peak where you find the hermit's home, and another in a cave in the cliff wall to the right if you fly down hill a little bit from the point where the boat drops you off in Hermit Valley.||

You don't get credit for a daily quest if you do it before you check in with the questgiver and get the quests for that day. Now that you've checked the quests, if you give a gift to another friend you'll get credit for completing the quest.

It's always best to check in with the questgiver right away the first time you open sky after the daily reset.

I calculated the cost and the days I have left
If I get all 6 candles everyday and don't skip a daily quest
I can unlock all the nodes and have eleven candles left over

Sorry, alittle delayed response. If you haven't picked up your heart from the Return Shrine; it won't go away. You can stack hearts there actually.

Edit - Apparently, they do expire at some point. But it'll take quite awhile so I would suggest not to let your hearts wait there too long.

I found a way to enter the room with the levitating adept spirit

Not sure if it works for normal or tall people but it works for chibi people

Go under the platform where the door is and you’ll see a small blue gap, try to jump onto there and jump pass the barriers, then fly up to the room

And to get out you'll have to do the chibi fall on a pile of sand in the room (or go home too if you'd rather that)

If you have the bonfire and you're small (but not necessarily chibi), you can place it on the roof above the door, sit down and then bring out a candle to stand up above the roof/oob. Then fly into the room.

Questions everyone... when you purchase the season pass... it says that there are chances they the spirits from past season will come back... The question is... why do they say that if the those spirits will come back as TS anyway... even for those who DO NOT own the pass

Seasonal pass gives the spirits cosmetics that are pass locked earlier.

And also the ultimate gifts, since they don't come back.

And for the Dreams spirits to come as TS, the next season need to end first.

Traveling Spirits exist so new players have a chance to get the seasonal spirits cosmetics.

And they're kinda expensive so it's fair to everyone.
