Hello folks! I don't think I've seen anyone made a Season explanation/guide for new players so I made one myself
I was originally going to post this in text but then I realized how long the explanation is so I made them into images instead to avoid bombarding this channel with a large text wall

updates:
as of patch 0.15.0 the QuestGiver no longer gives the daily quests, instead players can receive them by tapping the return shrine, because of this off season QuestGiver no longer appears at home when there's no current Season

players can no longer pre-orders Adventure Passes before the Season starts, instead players will have to wait until the said Season begins to buy one (to compensate TGC has made it so Passes bought in Season will still give 30 candles, this goes for Passes gifted to friends)

Oh! You can face any dark dragons to complete the quest if that's what you meant.

You can activate any of the dark dragons by flying near them or standing in their blue circle, that’s their field of vision

I was just able to get the ts. It was not appearing earlier this morning so I exited the game and returned a couple of hours later. I reentered wl, went through the vortex, ran straight to the boat that takes you to the ark, then ran straight to the spirit and it was there. Easy to complete it.

Oob is fine and you can post them in #screenshots-and-videos ! There's no difference between pass holders and non pass holders other then pass holders getting extra items from the spirits. Pass holders don't get a reserved area or anything with more stuff, we all get the same village of dreams regardless
As long as it's not anything that isn't out yet (ex. Beta content) then it's completely fine!

Not exactly. The TS had been fixed but it's still bugged when it comes to reliving it. Dreams bugs is going to need a patch update but we have methods by other people on how to fix it for the meanwhile.

I recommend checking out #known-issues for more updates regarding the issue.

In the meantime you can collect candles.

Jay, there's two things I've tried, both of them work sometimes

You can home, enter a different realm than the one you were in, home again, and then head back. That sometimes fixes it. If that doesn't work after a try or two, going home, going into your device settings, and force stopping sky sometimes works, but that took two tries for me. @mint mango

hello people, since I'm hopelessly broke I want to know with daily grind which one I can get for free of the cosmetics..

how many seasonal candles do I need to unlock everything for each of the following:

Yellow cape? (I think each stuff is like 12 then 16 then 21 but Idk how much the cape itself is...)

The mask for the spinning guy I think (red mask)

and the Journey cape?

You should have plenty of time to collect the candles if you don’t have the pass and don’t miss out many days

the yellow cape (Zenitsu cape / Hanbok cape / Dopo cape or whatever it is) cost 27 candles itself, but for reach to it, you need total 76 candles

You can actually miss like 4 days since getting all days fully means 20 candles surplus

Also, you only need 318 candles to get all the free cosmetics, as 3 candles are required for each spirit to get the seasonal hearts to complete the constellation. So, you can miss 6 days and still buy all free cosmetics

This is a repeat of the old server merge glitch that happens with the spirit at the beginning if valley

The spirits load in an "activated" state when someone else in the area that completed the spirit server merges with you

Turn off the internet so the sever merges don’t happen

Oh man I'm sorry everyone is having so much trouble reliving spirit memories in the new Season 😞. I only encountered the orange glow once with the peeking postman, and had that same spirit freeze up in the middle of reliving it once, but both times was able to resolve it by going home and returning. Hope these glitches get fixed soon. At least those who can't complete the memories now can still collect SC and get to work on completing the spirit trees once it's resolved.

The one glitch I've encountered multiple times in the village is the one where the camera angle freezes and comes in close, and there's a sound like machinery crashing down or something along with ominous music. Super weird, but one other person here said they experienced the same.

Oh yeah! There are two places that do that depending on where you are on the mountain. I'm guessing the location is triggering cut scene effects, but the effects don't have a "cut scene is on" check for activation.

There are some places where you need to rise up while still holding the circle, which can be tricky, yes.
