Probably connection issues since seasonal candles effectively do give you wax. On a side note, there are general network issues from TGC side, impacting wax and candle collection, it's something in #known-issues

You can see it when you use the butterflies to get to the highest point, if you look down towards the tunnel to shipwreck.
It's close to the little skull that sometimes has a plant.
