Those are the only two major seasonal areas that still have the quest givers in them with the special seasonal quests, yes. Other seasons added smaller random areas throughout the realms where the seasonal spirits would be located

Enchantment was the first season that had all of the spirits in a centralized location, and Sanctuary is the same. We don't know what the next season will be like though

Well, the kingdom of Sky is kind of small, right? And nothing about the outside of Sky has been built storywise. Looking at these 5 spirit's outfits, they look unfamiliar to the kingdom, right? they could be from outside the kingdom of sky. Considering this, if you look at the photo, you can see a similarity of the landscape of entering the prairie from the isle, right? they could be entering Sky, and thus some crap about a prophecy of their arrival. Then again, I'm an idiot, so

yeah you will be able olirwag, in the worst of the cases with ~66% completion you would need around 140 seasonal candles wich can you get in 24 days but u got more expensive items already meaning you need less days

That came up in beta discussion when people were asking for them to adjust the manta cape design to be bigger or have more wings and stuff on it, the response was that it's not possible due to the current limitations, unfortunately

Here is my current Theory for the upcoming season:
The story: Prophets from every region in the sky kingdom receive a mysterious warning, but their messages are incomplete, each receiving only one line from a much greater prophecy. The player must travel to the sanctum of these prophets and relieve their memories. After this is complete, the player must complete a task for each prophet (Possibly finding an object or meditating in a certain location) After which, the player will be given one line from the prophecy, I suspect that each line will change the environment and display part of the prophecy somehow (Think journey or the clues in sanctuary). At the end, the player will learn the full prophecy, perhaps it will be a hint as to the cause of the civilization's downfall, or the nature of the darkness.
(Posted here rather than the lore channel because it connects more to seasonal speculation rather than lore)
