Season of rhythm came before the season of enchantment (the season before sanctuary) and there's a rule where spirits cannot return during the season that occurs after it (so for example, enchantment spirits can't come until sanctuary finishes) other than that, the ts is picked randomly so we've just been getting pretty unlucky these past few weeks

Mato, I think that happens to all capes though it is more noticeable on some than others. If it stops in the middle of recharging the recharge texture kind of sticks around for a while. Looks really nice on some capes, so much so that I wish you could leave it on there.
