@dusty ledge go into the birds nest area and fly to the right of the map. There's an opening in the clouds that'll teleport you to sanctuary. Fly to the big mountain and on the side where the rocks that look like whale tails and the bell tower are you'll find the quest giver

If they keep new parts as part of the game, the quest givers stay in their areas. Like enchantment quest giver stays in forgotten ark and you can even see the spirits while doing the quests for him, each spirit shows up to help him fix the ark

@gaunt dust the broken bell is from forgotten memories i think. if you find an icon, press it and bring it to the main spirit. If you can’t find the spirits, maybe wait for other people to start it then follow along with them?

and the main spirit is with the bell stand wehre you will gather all the bells in the end

Oh man.... I think so? I just jumped right in that first day and flew around doing all sorts of things. I definitely lit up the stone to see the geyser picture. I’ve even got the winged light that was over there.

Is it possible to find all of the memory fragments now? I found one and returned to the Guide (and activated the one bell), but I've come across other broken bells yet I don't have any option to interact with them.

When you speak to the Sanctuary Guide at the Sanctuary Islands, you will be offered the Treasure Quests. Each week, a new quest will be unlocked!
