No, the blue green and orange roles are selected by tgc based on how they generally see your behavior. It’s explained a bit in #rules . You don’t really have to worry about it, and it’s not quite something you should aim for. The only higher role you can get very quickly is if you use discord nitro and boost the server, that gives you a pink-ish role
