If you could give more info than it didn’t work, like list what you’ve tried, I’m sure that would make the exchange shorter because they wouldn’t have to ask themselves and wait for your reply

For example, have you reinstalled the game, restarted the game (just fully exited the app and closed it via multitasking), done anything with game center, etc? I used to play a game where the support agents were notoriously unhelpful and the only way to get through to them was to list everything that’s been done and explain that it’s the game’s fault and not yours (because they’d just say too bad, we can’t do anything about it unless you threw a fit)

I did all that, except reinstall. I’d rather not do that unless strictly necessary. But I did restart my phone to clear the cache. I have not had many issues with the game and believe TGC are very helpful.

I think there are enough bug reports coming in via the game that they are aware of the issue. And since some players got the conversion and some didnt, I would recommend sending a support request until and unless a general fix is announced.

Theory about the bug report candles not working at home: Players used to be able to place message candles anywhere in the game, but they were always greyed out in home (which no one else could come to at the time, so not having the option to place candles there made sense). Bug report candles came along some time after message candles were put in, and they shared the same settings as far as where we could and couldn’t place them. Message candles got switched up, home changed drastically, but the basis of the bug report candles apparently didn’t switch along with them.

do you guys worry that going through the same 6 worlds would get repetitive?

at some point, you complete everything you want to complete and it just becomes a hangout spot for friends, in which case, maybe more mini games other than hide and seek would be nice

I’ve played for a year and a half. There are times where, if I do the same thing each time I play, it starts to feel repetitive. When I notice that, I try doing something different. Instead of focusing on candle farming, I look for newbies to help out. Or I team up with people and practice instruments. Or go exploring OOB/out of bounds areas. There is more than one goal to have when playing the game.

But having more mini games to play would be nice, too. I suppose it would be easy to figure out a way to play tag with other people, even without a specific emote to try it. Or make your own race course through an area

@prisma forum I’ve been playing for over a year and I still haven’t gotten bored of the game ! There were times that I didn’t play as often due to reasons such as school but I always came back and I will continue to play until the servers shut down

The core cycle is alright. It does get repetitive if you farm candles and such. You tend to ignore new players and just chirp at the big darkness flowers to attract more players. Do Eden each week for those 15 candles. Unless you change it up and take breaks it’s going to be unfun

I cannot wait to indulge myself in candles each day for 39 days on end, every day repeating the same cycle, over and over again. Gaining more and more candles, both seasonal and regular. In my little lair I throw them in a pile. Blue and white blue and white. I laugh to myself and giggle as the candles mix and the twin flames twirl around the cape whilst I roll around in my pile..
