I am really concerned that; the increased duration of events (from 2 weeks to 3 weeks), and the introduction of new events every year, will cause some other events to be backlogged or shelved, as we can see with Style or Music

TGC & vets tell players not to fall for event FOMO, because they return at the same time every year, but it no longer seems to be the case.

Some events return with considerable delay, or get no news on if they will return at all

Days of Giving is a ‘thanksgiving’ event. It falls on November every year, and it pretty much has to show up at that time. Otherwise, it’s not so ‘thanksgiving’ anymore

Then Style and Music are never based in "real life" events. The main purpose for Music was to introduce Harmony Hall - during Performance

Style was mainly to let players preview the past and unobtainable ults

Both Music and Style have very similar if not the exact same activity mechanism

Therefore I implore you to research before forming opinions on the events

But, some folks are looking for past Music cosmetics (e.g. the cape) or Style IAPs (e.g. the Style Dapper Trio)

This predictability is what players like, because it offsets their FOMO.

Why get it right now when I know it’s going to come back?

However, if events were to discontinue, then players have to worry about whether this is going to be the last year.

I may argue them being predictable. We're having a very late Fortune, and due to that we have events before that to fill January which is basically an empty slot. And since we had 6 - week Anniversary last year, it pushed many events considerably

Plus, regular events introduce new items every year (even Style and Music)

Those items go for EC every year. As long as you come back around that time, you can get stuff for free.

However, if you don’t know when events will return, or if they get reordered, then you lose out on the opportunity for great free cosmetics! (And IAPs too, if you want that)

You still have opportunities regardless. Every event that comes will always come with free cosmetics

Like the case of Sky Islands game, the devs promised the Alpha test update and the dates. But these are never realised and they kept pushing the dates further and further. This would cause frustration. This is what happens when you force to communicate without a solid plan

Update: I was able to get my wife who is on the Nintendo switch one into the concert but she had to join me after I used the Aurora wings and I am on the PlayStation 4 so there is a workaround

Why does this test rigidly divide people's thinking into A or B? What exactly is this game trying to do? Can anyone explain this?

2. the test and results are based in a version of MBTI, it having two answers rather than 4, which most MBTI test have, doesn't mean nothing for a fun test. You are free to just, not take it, or validate results in another test.
