it only works on Prairie peaks and the part of the two embers level where you can find the shepherd. even though manatees go through the market of the two embers seasonal level, they don't respond to the staff there

Anniversary items typically return every year, unless they have the year number engraved on them like this year's crown. That being said, we won't know for sure until it's announced for the next event. If you need to know for certain, you can try asking support.

Has anyone come to the thought of the comparison of Wounded Warrior's cape and Scarred Sentry's cape?

I had that thought, too. But there are some small differences between them. One is the color difference, and the Wounded Warrior's cape has a more detailed texture and leather finish. However, a very common element in both is the symbol of the same ruler. Both warriors served under the same ruler.

They´re literally bronze.

Almost copper-ish even. Definitely doesn´t look like any other spirit in the line, Tea Brewer looks about as normal as they can.

From my observation, it seems like the shield will block when the Krill is in mid-attack while you´re fully having it up. Like, just before the Krill lunges, but don´t count me on that since I´m lacking it. 😅

Apparently the spear ALSO blocks krill, but its animation is more complex which may make timing harder. I personally ahve blocked krill atatcks with the shield and it seem to be somwhere around the time the krill attacks. I've seen ti work before for others and after for me, but it has to b efully up when the krill hits.

I made a silly video of me and my friend trying to block krill with the Shield. Not sure if I already shared it here. While it’s very hard to figure out the timing, I discovered it IS consistent when the timing is correct. Each time I did it right looks the same. (The animation of the krill charging and you raising the shield have to be in sync at the exact same time.)

However, I am short (not chibi) and my friend is tall, so I don’t know if size had any influence on our success in blocking. I was able to do it successfully multiple times in the video.

Hello! Jenova and some Devs said that there will be 2 seasons related to Two Embers animated series, that will also have 2 part. In my understanding, one focused in Dusk (part 1), and the other in Dawn (part 2).
We are not sure when the 2nd part will be released, but in a recent interview Jenova mentioned than earlier 2027, as far as I know (according to a translation I read).

Well...it takes time to be able to release an animated film.
The work the artists and producers did with the series is amazing. Think, for example, how to make the audience notice the changes with character's faces that have the bare minimum (more or less as we have in game), and the details of places, objects, decor, garments, etc. we can also find in game that were included in the animated series.
The Part 1 were also announced time ago for the first time.

Oh yes. I'm a big fan of the animations. They could have cheaped out and tried to do it in-house, but they instead had an expensive professional job done. And it shows.

And I also admire the way in which the missions show a world which is consistent with being 500 years before Sky, but different (faces, flying capes). There ae many ways they could have messed that up but they didn't.
