Oh, what you're seeing is two different bugs. One bug is that wl in large areas like Isle, Prairie Villages, and Vault that have multiple map shrines, get connected to the wrong shrine. So you can pick up all the wl in one part and the indicator will still be on because one or two of them are connected to the other shrine. The other bug is that Isle has an extra wl (Jennifer).
But because the wl aren't consistently connected to the same map shrine every update. It looks like Jennifer moves around sometimes.

Consider also how different app stores require different approval processes before the update is available for download to the public, I remember one game I play the update for iOS took a couple of extra days for some reason, if TGC are smart enough they would take that into consideration and apply for approval early enough. Also there is the propagation time before it is available everywhere to all accounts.

I think as it has been mentioned, to keep the details as close to the release date as possible.

Of course they take that into account. Nintendo has so strict update policy that updates need to be submitted for approval 5 weeks ahead (this is why - bound to crossplay - many beta bugs can come to live). It can be scheduled when the submitted updates can roll out. The reason why there's discrepancy is depending on the app stores - and the occasional issues - of those platforms.

Yeh, that one is pretty specific, you have to be in the quest, not just visiting the realms. I prefer Reef instead of waiting in Brook for all the crabs to right themselves, I used to use GW, but then I found Reef was quicker to get to.
