Hi there! Regarding your first question, the seasonal area is meant to be accessible through the teleport button with the guide from home. That tree near grandma could involve a future seasonal quest, but we will see
Regarding your second question: There's a map shrine in the seasonal area, which unlocked that part of the shrine map for me!

A slight correction on the first point, the circle does take you to the blue bird theater just like the guide's tp feature, but it's just prone to bugging out. You can get up and sit again a few times until it loads (it has worked for me)

About the collab room, this season isn't a collab, so it won't be getting a special mural there

There's no rights being shared, the studio is only doing the animation of the already existing Sky characters.

It's technically a 'collaboration' in the sense of two companies working together, but then you can also say Sky is 'collabing' with AWS services
