Ive played through season quest 1 and the 6 moomin valley books
But I have not seen this yet #screenshots-and-videos message - where do I find that?

You need season pass. Once you buy spirit stuff. You get heart at the top with 3 season candles

Season hearts are available at the top of the 4 seasonal spirit trees, for 3 season candles each. You can only get this heart if you have the season pass. Here's one example from the Sense of Self spirit tree.
