they help alot tho. sometimes the orbs get stuck under the table , and not just in the grandma context. they help you as shortcuts when youre a solo player so personally i dont see them as a problem when theres still glitches like chibi fall or rocket jump thing

It only really counts when you first activate the spirit, I think. You are right about the popping darkness though, I’d always noticed that there’s always a piece of darkness at a spirit’s core, and that’s what your candle reaches for when lighting them up

Today I helped a moth through Eden for the first time. We met on the path to PNR and stayed close for the rest of Eden. Getting them to give the statues light took a while but eventually they got it. I tried to be encouraging with clapping and confetti emotes. Hopefully they got the sentiment and didn't panic too much when they lost their last light. Maybe I'll actually start weekly Eden now. I liked helping that moth.

Here's a breakdown of today's 19-candles-in-an-hour route:

• If I end cr in Vault, I regularly end on level 4, so I used the return shrine and grabbed the cakes and light up candles only in the way
• I headed to grandma through Assembly treehouse area, burnt plants in Sunny Forest between servings
• cr Brook and Boneyard (server merges hallelujah)
• did dailies until floor 2 with skipping cakes behind doors, and went home (since I've been to floor 4 and the rest is not time efficient enough)
• cr prairie for cakes, took wax in the way and skipping scattered wax in Village Island (server merge helped) and Sanctuary Islands
• grabbed 🫳 Dreams Village cakes and flew into Coliseum to get the temple's candles.
• got Aviary wax and ordered at the Cafe (I already had about 17-18 candles at this point)
• went back to Vault because I forgot the sapling daily
• stuffed my Skykid's belly with Moonlight wax buns as a dessert 🌙
  This helped me to get a tiny bit more than 19 candles

Probably not exactly like this… all the plants there are in a trigonal grid, but they’re crowded together on one side while it should be set equally around the radiant shard… Maybe it‘s affected by the other radiant shard that landed close, or some other pattern I haven’t discovered yet. There‘s still always much randomness in the plants, you can predict how it usually looks like but sometimes the plants are set in a strange way

I don't think that's a problem. Support can literally edit your profile data. Since the code for the item exists even after the event, they should have no problem unlocking it after the season end. It's likely just a matter of changing one line of code from no into yes.

The code for the item is there/accessable for every player, the only difference between players is one flag (have or not have) this flag can be implemented in different ways of course, but it would be rather unusual to use different flag-methods in one project. And considering the task of support I'd be really surprised if they didn't have access to items. After all, they are responsible for transaction problems too. If they can give me the IAP I paid for that somehow didn't appear, they can give me the last ult from a season.
