You mean the types of plants? There are the big leaves, and the small round flowers. Around the main shard, there are always 3 plants with 5 leaves and 2 flowers, 3 plants with 10 flowers, and 5 plants with 3 flowers.
Around the smaller radiant shards there are different amounts of plants, either the floating ones, or plants with 3 flowers, or plants with 2 leaves and 2 flowers.
I think you can burn the flowers faster than the leaves since they’re smaller.
You can also look at Gale‘s infographics, they list all plants for every radiant/main shard for each shard location: #seasons-events-chat message
