It’s not a bug. The black shards in prairie peaks have been integrated into the shard schedule, so every black shard day in prairie there are 2 black shards. Sometimes it has been bugged so that wax didn’t register probably, but that didn’t happen last time
Also I believe it’s still not shown in the shard website

and yea season pass/pass means the adventure pass
